Great company will go out of their way to fix issues and won’t give up only small problem is they must try to do a few at a time so you are waiting between messages for replies instead of dealing with... Ver mais

I have had a terrible time with the delivery service which is not myultra.net fault and Anik got me through with flying colours, he is the best of the best. Also the products are quality.

Excellent customer service. Screen was freezing before start up had finished. They stayed in touch until the issue was resolved.

The best TV service abroad

We have been with the company for a year now. The service is fantastic. Firstly, i have found the quality of the products and the smoothness of the service great. Secondly, the customer service is excellent, fast response, friendly and the whatever query is sorted in no time. Highly recommended

It's a total scam

It's a total scam. I bought my tv box year ago from their agent and they now said they are not supporting that box. Even ask me to buy their new tv box to get avail their support.

The benefits of dealing with ultra tv

I have been dealing with this company for in excess of three years now, and have found their service to be second to none, any problems, which are very few, are dealt with very promptly. I would highly recommend this company. I deal with Perish on their help line and find him to be very responsive and extremely helpful.

First time caller

Just had to deal with Trustpilot for the first time, not being very technical I did not Known what to expect.
The poor Guy that took my call , Shikar, was excellent.
Despite testing his patience to the limit,he remained very professional and sorted the problem, even took the time to de- clutter my system.
You can call with confidence, no need to be a computer wiz, you will be taken care of.

The customer experience is amazing

The customer experience is amazing. I had some difficulties starting up the box and I had an amazing remote experience setting up the box without any hesitations or query. Truly the best experience i have ever had. Highly recommended.
