Visited the Dubai Mall to buy a vape (after losing one) and was greeted by Amanuel. He wasn’t trying to rip me off or sell me the most expensive product, he was educated on the products, honest and was brilliant from start to finish!

I was shocked by the service and response I got from the lady who was in charge in dubai mall,I brought my device that wasn't charging while it was still under warranty but to my surprise I was told that I can't get help because its almost a year ago but I had my receipt that was still under warranty....please teach your stuff customer service and store warranty 😪

I visited the Vapery only one month ago and if it was not for the sterling staff. The two young ladies currently there I would not be a loyal client. I purchased some product to take along on a trip to Cancun Mexico as well as Maldives. I loved the product so much that I shared with some locals at my travel destinations.
