Me and my friend went to DragonMart and found the My Vapery Shop. We bought a pod and juices. Amina & Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable in terms of vape, from juices to devices even from the nicotine level of recommendations. I highly recommend this shop if you want an excellent service.

My second visit to Dubai Marina shop was planned to by a vape device instead of disposable e-cigarettes. Spent there 40 mins - tried to get the info from the girl, but it looks like I am torturing her. Seems, she was on probation, trying her best to explain, but lack of experience and information. Two other staff members were ignorantly keeping quiet (not much clients was in the shop). I tried to ask the help, but guy wanted to toilet and said: she will help you. Again.
Left the shop with the same e-cigarette as before, not satisfied at all… Will try the same shop in Dubai Mall next time.

The staff at Dragon mart are very friendly and give the best advice. I have purchased lot of products based on their advice. Must say wonderful customer service specially the arabic speaking lady. We always walk out of the Store with Wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this store.

Wonderful customer experience received from the friendly staff at your outlet in Dragon Mart Dubai. The staff was very courteous and warm welcoming. This is the minimum I can do for My Vapery - Cityland Mall - Dubai - UAE - where that so nice girl, Mona Liza, took care of me looking for PS GO One. For a strange reason, PS GO One is not available here in Italy, while My Vapery - Cityland Mall - normally has among its quality items. The matter is linked to the Nicotine salt, which EU should see like UAE, same safety, but more and more satisfaction. Please note how Mona Liza was capable of helping me even though I have returned in Italy, she even provided for delivering directly at me. Mona Liza remember me my lovely Dubai and the UAE, which I enjoied for long. Trust in them with no doubts.

I have been travelling for long, but UAE is my home now and myvapery at kite beach Dubai one of my favourite shop. They offer very safety product while they have the best from all over the world. You can find salt liquid and disposable device ps.go which are very satisfying giving new room to enjoy vaping. Very professional, patient and kind, Megan can assist with a look to your health meaning so much. Very well noted for the excellence.

The lady at My Vapery helped me so much! As someone new to the world of the vape, she helped me through the whole beginners process and we both worked out what would be best for me. Great product and service and the girls at the dubai mall are very friendly and give great advice. Also, if you order online the delivery service works very well. Order online in the morning and the delivery guy made it to my place within a few hours. Very happy in all respects.
