Nabers Group was very easy to work with…
Nabers Group was very easy to work with to set-up the account, I did an LLC in addition to a Solo 401K. They were very responsive via both email and phone contact when I had questions and had good, helpful suggestions....very smooth!

Great Customer Service
I was in a time crunch to get my Solo401K open and funded so that I could make an investment. I had some questions along the way and received excellent customer service each time that I called. Combined with their pricing and fees, I don’t know that you can find a better combination.

I think Nabler's over estimates the knowledge of the self employed to navigate multi state paper work and aligning up with the IRS. getting invoices from the state of Wyoming for the LLC I had no idea I would be receiving.

A world-class product (and support team!) for setting up a self-directed 401k
Nabers and Solo401k have been absolutely crucial in me gaining any sort of understanding of the super complicated self-directed 401k process. They set up my LLC and uploaded all of the documents in just a few days into their dashboard — super clean. Their real value comes in their support team and docs. I have messaged them at least 5 times asking very pointed questions and they always get back within seconds with amazing answers. It's like having a financial consultant by your side — unreal. I couldn't recommend them more!

This a 100% recommendation! It's rare to find a company (from back of the house to Customer Service) with such conscientious, professional service. I had many questions, being a bit of a neophyte when it comes to trusts and such. However the Customer Service reps were so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous that I had my trust/Solo 401K set up in a day basically (the paperwork came back to me, and I'm not kidding, 45 minutes). Now I'm on to setting up the trust bank account, and feeling very excited about the future! Sincere thanks to the team at Nabers.com.

After just joining
After just joining, using their services to restate an existing Solo 401k, I sent an email question on how to complete a required document. Rather than getting a reply I was required to wait for their next webcast a few days in the future! Poor customer service in my opinion.

I did research first, considering taking the free, DIY approach to setting up my Solo 401k and quickly got lost in the paperwork and process. Understanding how much of my time that would have taken, I can say that the value far exceeded the cost for Nabers Group services in setting up my Solo 401k. I continue to find value in their recommendations for banks that are easy to work with and their wide variety of online learning resources too. Thanks Nabers!

I needed to set up a solo 401K and only had days before the end of the year to get it completed. Nabers Group communication was outstanding through the entire process and the 401K was set up in time. So far they have assisted in setting up my Gemini account as well as my TD Ameritrade account. I'm new to all this, and was overwhelmed to say the least. Nabers Group walked me through everything and in the process I have gained knowledge that will help me build my portfolio that will hopefully one day set me up for financial freedom.

Amazing service, and well priced. Very knowledgeable support team, who never get frustrated even with your questions with obvious answers. Best part was I made a mistake in LLC name, and they fixed it even after the docs were finalized with the company registrars.

Best Customer Service Hands-Down
The solo 401(k) product provided is excellent, covering almost all the aspects that would benefit a small business owner. The sign up process was very efficient, simple and well supported by the team. The customer service has been one of the best I have ever experienced. The customer service team is very knowledgeable, quick to respond and act, provides excellent guidance and links to documentation as-well.
I'll highly recommend the product and the service that comes with it. Appreciate the Nabers Group's use the technology (excellent website, chat features, document repository, etc) to its advantage and make life easy for its customers/clients. Keep it going the same way!
