Nak Muay Training Avaliações

I had a little problem with my address for the delivery, I contacted customer service and they solved it right away. Amazing customer service and pretty fast delivery. Also, I don't think you can get better prices and quality muay thai gear anywhere else.

Will be buying again from them for sure.

Excellent products and top speed delivery 👌

High quality training gear with a rather fast shipping for being across the world. They are quick with order information and are a legitimate Thai company.

Gloves where good but the shuin guard are a bit small you should put a size guide

I ran into an issue with shipping for my order and their customer service team provided excellent help. Would order from this business again!

Had a small issue because I ordered the wrong size and they got that changed very good and would recommend

My shinguards came sooner than expected and in perfect conditions, the team is very professional and cordial, and responded to my smails in no time. Best customer service I have ever experienced and I mean that.

I bought a pair of Muay Thai hand pads. The cost was $115 for the pads and another $45 for FedEx shipping. As others have mentioned, after I received the pads, I received an invoice for $34.40 for import duty/tax from FedEx. Long story short, I ended up having to pay the additional tax. Nak Muay responded to my complaint by noting that customer responsibility for import fees/taxes is listed in their "shipping policy." It is not, however, shown anywhere in the purchase process. Hiding behind the fine print in a shipping policy is deceptive in my book.

Best service i have had from an online retailer regarding Muay Thai gear, i have had many bad experiences with others, these guys are my new go to! Fast delivery, great communication regarding any questions, highly recommend

Unfortunately item was out of stock but they got back to me prompt and offered a difference size (unfortunately too big) asked for a refund instead and they processed it very quick even though it was over the Christmas period. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use again

Great quality, watch out for import fees. I didn’t realize, luckily the owner was very helpful and offered to pay half of the fee. Overall great customer service

clear communication and prompt emailing when I had an unanticipated customer service issue 👍

After my shipment got lost by courier the first time I contacted the costumer service that provided help and assistance and sent me a replacement that I received only 10.days after the first shipment got lost and the quality and materials are very good . Strongly recommended

I purchased some Muay Thai shorts from Nak Muay Training. They arrived quickly. Unfortunately they were the wrong size. I contacted Chris and he kindly arranged return of the item and an exchange. We were happy with the exchange. Chris was very helpful and very quick at replying to my emails. I would recommend Nak Muay Training for all Muay Thai supplies. Thanks Chris and team

Fantastic customer service, item received was too small for my son. I contacted them via email. They were quick to respond and advise me what I needed to do. They exchanged the item and sent it back out and this was all done very quickly with updates provided. Could not fault in anyway. My son absolutely loves the shin guards too. Best he’s had he said. Thankyou.
