Thankyou for everything you all done for me I had your heads tortured Chris went above and beyond to help me get sorted my grandson loves his gloves and chin pads excellent quality but it is Chris and his team are amazing the way they help and look after their customers Thankyou very much for everything he is looking for shorts now 💙

Fantastic customer service, item received was too small for my son. I contacted them via email. They were quick to respond and advise me what I needed to do. They exchanged the item and sent it back out and this was all done very quickly with updates provided. Could not fault in anyway. My son absolutely loves the shin guards too. Best he’s had he said. Thankyou.

100% recommend these guys! Quality training-wear and great customer service.

I made an order but had a slight issue with the delivery as some items were being shipped from Thailand, I contacted customer support and received very quick and helpful assistance from the owner Chris, who rectified the issue and got me the help I needed right away.

The NMT branded shorts and training top have now arrived and I’m extremely pleased with the quality, could not expect any better for the price!

Product arrived on time, but due to being very tightly packed, it arrived damaged and bent out of shape

Ordered wrong size so had to return for correct size. This was done promptly and replacement arrived in a couple of days. Excellent customer service. Will definitely buy from this company again.

Great service, fast to answer, and efficient. The greatest service I’ve ever seen. I recommend it. Good job!

The order processing was very efficient and simple. Highly recommend buying all your thaiboxing gear from here the quality of the shorts and the appearance is incredible

Great company! Orders came very quickly with hassle! Needed to return a product because of the size and the exchange was fast and easy! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Loved the quick response and thoughtful customer service for my order. Would definitely choose to do business with Nak again!

Fantastic Team and Quality
Highest Quality Leather

Very good service and high quality kickboxing gear. Ordered wrong size and had to return, everything went smoothly. E-mails quickly returned all issues quickly resolved. Highly recommend.

So helpful and service minded. They helped me work out some issues with the product (wrong size) with ease.

Totally recommend this site for muay thai gear.

Cheers.

Excellent service and extremely friendly! Would highly recommend these for any muay thai equipment!

Great range of products at very reasonable prices and fantastic customer service when dealing with a return, made it super easy and I will be buying from them again 🤟

Top notch service!!! These guys were able to refund me for my bottoms on my Sauna suit from Twins. They ripped down the seem from the crotch to the inside of my calf right below my knee not once but twice on 2 separate pairs. They replaced the first ones with Twins approval (the manufacturer). The second time I messaged NakMuay they reached back out to Twins but Twins said I was using them wrong lmao. The top was perfect from them and all I was asking was to be compensated for my bottoms so 50% and NakMuay came through with that for me! I love Twins products but those Sauna suit bottoms are GARBAGE. I highly recommend ordering with NakMuay for all your Muay Thai gear needs!

I would rate these guys higher if I could.
I had a bit of trouble with the delivery, Chris couldn't have resolved it any better or faster than he did.
I really appreciate everything he did to resolve the issue.
The product was excellent and my son uses his Twins Special bag every day

Found these guys through a Google search, and really impressed with the whole experience. Great product and rapid delivery time.

I was unsure of which size to choose for my boxing shorts, and the team was incredible, answering really quickly and finding me all the info I needed!
Def recommande the customer service!!

After ordering the shin guards that were actually out of stock I was quickly contacted by a member of staff who helped me pick another pair and threw in a gift of some hand wraps for free, for all the inconvenience.

Will be definetly ordering from here again, thank you so much.
