The app does not accept my lifetime activation code I already paid full price for. Have tried contacting customer service, but they have closed several tickets without even responding once. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, unless you enjoy getting scammed.

They have never replied to any of my tickets. The ticket just disappear within 24 hours without solving the problem.

No customer support at all. They just close and delete the tickets in 24 hours. They never answer any of them. AVOID.

I purchased the Player on April 9, 2026, to test it. I wasn't satisfied with the result, so I requested a refund on April 15, 2026, as offered within 14 days. Since then, I haven't heard anything. My tickets are received and registered, a message tells me I'll be contacted, but then nothing happens and my ticket disappears! This is a misleading statement.

Ho acquistato una vpn box con una vpn per 24 mesi ma dopo 1 anno non é più funzionante, ho aperto diversi ticket ma ad ora non ho risolto nulla , anche se acquisto un altra vpn perdendoci 1 anno di abbonamento non succede nulla , box inutilizzabile senzavpn

Niet tevreden met deze player, ik heb nog geprobeerd mijn geld terug te krijgen maar tot geen gehoor. Na lang zoeken gebruik ik nu de Jetpack IPTV player, deze kan ik wel aanraden, geen reclames en gratis.

It seems that they respond suoer quick when purchasing but when it stops and require activations again for whatever reason, you could spend a week chasing them. I purchased it and seemed to work fine but 10 days oater it stopped and can't get hold of after sales service agent to help.

Mijn eerste indruk was goed. Player ziet er mooi uit, maar biedt weinig mogelijkheden. Geen kanalenselectie mogelijk, niet zelf ondertiteling inschakelen en dan de grootste afknapper: als je de ingebouwde VPN (kost slechts 2 euro per maand) wil gebruiken, dan start je playlist niet meer op. Juist die in te bouwen VPN op deze app voor ook Samsung-tv’s was het lokkertje.

De player werkte oké, nu helaas geen ondertiteling meer te selecteren. De klantenservice is 0,0. Beter een player van Smarters nemen.

Ho acquistato due abbonamenti VPN Nanomid della durata di due anni per due dispositivi diversi. Non ha mai funzionato . Nonostante abbia pagato con paypal, non sono riuscito ad avere il rimborso. Alla fine ho perso 28 euro . Diffidate da questa VPN.

I don't think giving 1 star is also a waste for Nanomid app
It's a torture watching live as it freezes very frequently. and Catch up is another bad service. It's totally a waste .I don't recommend it to anyone.

Needless to say, I am very disappointed with your service. Message received from you saying : An agent will contact you ETC. which never happened. Please tell me why I cannot get support from you so I can stop bothering you and forget about Nanomid.

It’s ok only paid £2.40 for lifetime access it’s not fancy like most it’s plain but does the job and you can only use m3u with it but works ok just plain could be a bit more fancy like Netflix or steaming service style app

Nanomid was absolutely fine when I first got it. Now it’s worse than useless. No phone or email support. Pay for a lifetime subscription and then it doesn’t work.
Constantly gets you to login and changes all the time. I literally have been waiting for nearly 10 minutes to get off the front screen. Going to delete the app now.
Do not pay for this, unless you want it to frustrate the hell out of you. Definitely would not recommend.

Nonomid app updated itself, now the ( favorite) tab is gone, I have been trying to contact Nanomid support thru facebook and linkedin, no answer, and there is no phone number or e-mail to contact the, Horrible, at least fix your app that we paid for to show the favorites, right now it take us hours to find the channel we want to watch.

App veloce e molto affidabile

The app works quite well for me overall, although it crashes occasionally, and unfortunately, the subtitles feature doesn’t work.

Customer service (if you can even call it that) is extremely disappointing. The response times are unacceptably long, sometimes stretching to weeks, and the attitude is far from accommodating. It seems like they don’t care that their business exists because of customers.

It’s a shame because the app has potential, but these issues have pushed me to look elsewhere.

Perhaps they have large contracts with businesses and don’t bother prioritizing individual customers.

Ho avuto la fiducia in questo player . Ho pagato per LG sistema OS che com’è c’è scritto da loro che costerebbe 9,99 e pure non va senza VPN è pure ho pagato altri 6,99 … e inizio a mettere su la lista e cosa dici non funziona . Poi ho guardato su la loro pagina Facebook e pure loro hanno scritto che non funziona per un periodo di tempo . Giusto che ti Fanno pagare per niente . Li ho contattati su la loro pagina non ha risposto nessuno e pure hanno cancellato i mei messaggi. Che dire

Per ultima cosa pagate sempre con Paypal così avete la possibilità di prendere i vostri soldi indietro .. scrivete su la loro pagina ufficiale di Nanomid e così se non rispondono usate i messaggi contro di loro … buona fortuna … PayPal mi ha fatto avere i miei soldi indietro e li ringrazierò sempre 🥳
