This is a very corrupt website I would not advise anyone to do business with them very bad to answer emails when I wanted a refund they didn't even know the name of the website that was using their email address

It’s a scam site. They use Nap’s photos, charge Nap prices, and then send Dollar Store quality clothes from overseas that are NOT what you ordered. Then they will not respond to ANY requests for returns/refunds. Now I’m stuck with these ugly, cheap clothes. Nasty scammers.

After almost 2 months from my order, I still have not received anything, and received no meaningful information in spite of numerous attempts to contact the costumer service. The few times they replied, they provided false information. On the last email, they said my order had been delivered to me, in spite of the fact that the tracking link they provided said my order is STILL IN CHINA. I have left a negative review on their website weeks ago but they never approved for it to be published. so obviously on their website you can only see FAKE positive reviews.
This website is a fraud, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Placed an order worth $287 on 2024-05-18.It is still "processing" and has not been delivered. In my opinion I will never recieve my order, but at least they must refund me my money!!!!

Placed an order worth $192 on 2024-04-10. It is still "processing" and has not been delivered. Many e-mails later I have to conclude that I have been scammed. The website is being updated with new products and offers so it is not like they have gone out of business. Very disappointing experience and I would avoid Nap Loungewear at all costs.

Purchased pants from them. They charged me immediately but I never received an order.

Made a complaint by email twice, but never received a reply. It's been two months and my money has been lost...

Edit: Offered here as a reply some sort or compensation, but in reality rejected offering any kind of compensation, even asked for more money to send me the product I already paid for. Still today, no refund, no product.

I’ve been using this company for a few years and absolutely love there dresses however I have been waiting for two separate orders since the 1st June for birthday gifts and still nothing!!!!!
I’ve left numerous emails and tried to call..
I’m so very disappointed to say the least with there service and feel I’m not going to get my products…… Devastated!!!!

Terrible company to deal with. Took months to get my order and when it arrived the hoodies I ordered were not in the colours I ordered and 2 were the same colour. The sizes have changed, they were smaller than the ones I ordered before. I really do not trust this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants on March 30th at 50% off with free shipping. I received one pair a couple of weeks later and thought the second might be shipped separately though both claimed to be in stock (and still do!). I finally emailed them a couple of weeks ago and heard nothing back. I have emailed a second time, but am concerned based on other reviews that I will not see the second half of my order. On their tracking it says my order is "processing," but a bit worrisome not hearing back. Fingers crossed!

Worst customer service on line. Love the design, fabric and construction, but.... 4 years ago I ordered 3 items. Never credited with an $!00+ return. Took a chance in 2024. 1 $80 irem was never received. No response from multiple emails/calls. If want to deal with this company, do not place multiple items in a single order. Pay the extra postage. Their system recgonizes order number but seems to have trouble with item number.

I was a good customer for a few years. Received good products and good customer service when needed. Last week I received half of my order with no other tracking number. I cannot reach anyone, anywhere and it appears as though this company has gone bust. Not a good situation and I will not be ordering from them again. I am out my $$$ with no recourse. BEWARE.

Poor customer service!!! This company ships from China, misleading base address, no phone number for customer service. I emailed multiple times regarding an order placed, I was sent a China link to reference to!!! Do not recommend ordering from this site. China base sites are becoming more recurrent and misleading consumers !!! Reported to BBB!!!

I ordered a dress after 2 months they had run out and never refunded me. I stupidly ordered 3 items again recently and had to return 1 and they wont refund me because I don't have a tracking number. I mailed the package from the post office to the address online no where do they say you have to track the return. If you call them you get directed to a weird google number I will never order from them again

Ordered a jacket at the beginning of October and had to return it as it was way too big so my plan was to get a smaller size. I paid a ton to get it shipped back and give them the tracking info as they requested via email. The 18th October and the 11th November I emailed them again for updates on the refund and got told both times it would be refunded within 5-8 business days. Never ordering from here again, what a joke.

I ordered a one set. The order took a month to arrive and the quality and sizing was not good (or at least what I prefer). I ended up returning the set. I paid a ridiculous amount to ship the set to the return address. The is no customer service phone number and I've not received a response to my emails. The items were received and I have not been given a refund or any communication whatsoever.

I ordered a few different sets and pants to try out for a trip to Europe. The order took a month to arrive (too late for the trip) and I ended up returning all items as I no longer needed them. I paid a ridiculous amount ($77) to ship back to the CA return address and per UPS tracking, the items were received in the beginning of July. I have yet to receive a refund or a response from my several emails to 'Customer Service' and their phone line doesn't work. An absolute scam. Do not order from this company - a total rip off from beginning to end.

I would not recommend buying from these folks. As I write this, I have yet to receive my order. An order I made one month ago. I reached out to the them 3 times with no response. Finally, I reached out to PayPal to see if I can dispute through them. And what a surprise Nap all of a sudden responded that the items were in transit. These were supposed to be here in 14 days, by the way from order. I asked for a refund. They refused to refund me my money, because they were in “transit”. Which is super shady because the tracking number they gave does not even work. Do not buy from these folks, something is shady here and right now I am just desperate to get my money back. I wish I had read the reviews before.
