I ordered a long coat that I feel is good quality over a year ago. Since then I bought a sweatsuit that is the nicest soft thick cotton. Bought a large knowing clothing from China is sized smaller. Loved it so much ordered another one in a different color. However, that one is much smaller than it should be. Luckily it fits nicely.

Extremely disappointed. I was so excited to receive my nap . I’ve had it on a wishlist for years and finally got one for Christmas. Except it was the wrong size wrong color, I thought it was just a whim my father in law tried so I opened the package later realizing his order was for a completely different order. I’ve reached out FOUR times to their customer service and have heard nothing back. It’s been a week and i haven’t heard a word back. I’m horribly disappointed in this company and honestly would say maybe to not even bother. So sad that this was something I have been looking forward to for years, and have been horribly disappointed by their lack of care for customers. I was hoping they’d be willing to fix their mistake- but sadly just let me really upset in the company as a whole. Huge bummer.

Placed two orders with them after receiving clothes that were good quality from my first order, AND a response from customer service about one item that was on delay from first order. I should have known better, it has been over 6 weeks and they never sent the last item from my first order and now aren't responding to my emails. My second order just came in the mail and one of the items (same style as my other 2) is a COMPLETELY different material, two are a nice cotton, and this one is thin, shiny, cheap looking satin, but there is no indication the material would be different online in description, and photos are computer generated and inaccurate. Please beware, this cite is an absolute gamble!!!

I placed an order in early December. It didn't show it shipping until January. The tracking said it was delivered. However, my daughter never received her Christmas present - THE PACKAGE NEVER WAS ACTUALLY DELIVERED!

Agree with the others this company is a joke, unbelievably poor customer service - its clear once they've got your money you are of little concern to them. I've been waiting several days for an email reply about returning my item, which was of laughable quality for over $200. I wouldn't even pay $60 at Zara for this coat and it was clownishly oversized. I sent three emails and they will not answer my question about part of the return process. Finally one did respond but ignored my question. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Beware.

Nap Loungewear is a scam! I purchased a coat over two months ago and I still haven't received it. The tracking shows it's traveled to the same two cities in China FOUR times. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not buy from Nap Loungewear. The clothing is not worth the hassle. Every influencer who pushed this company should be ashamed of themselves for advertising for a company they knew nothing about when they provide terrible service and product quality.

Nap is not a U.S. retailer, but a Chinese company with very poor to nonexistent customer service. This is not the service I expect from any U.S. retailer.

They advertised a discount code for holiday to be applied with new customer account. When I checked out, the price when I submitted my order was different than the order confirmation page because 2 codes weren’t applied. I ended up paying a lot more than what I expected at order submit.

I placed my order over a month ago and am still waiting for my items to arrive. They give you a China tracking number, but that doesn’t tell you when it will arrive in the U.S. if you contact their customer service, you don’t get help either. A terrible experience.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with NAP Loungewear - it took about 7 weeks to receive my items, with fake tracking and poor communication to boot.

It is a Chinese company using a US address with clever marketing and "western"-looking models. Do not be fooled by their IG marketing.

Ordered a 2pc set on 12/12/22 for a holiday gift. They never mentioned that it wouldn't arrive in time.

Didn't receive any communication or tracking until 1/5/23 (3 weeks after order)- tracking showed the package was coming from China.

On 1/13/23, after translating the Chinese tracking info, it showed that the package arrived in the US, then I received no more updates. About a week later, my package arrived from an address in CA (local to where I live) via the USPS.

I don't appreciate being given fake tracking info, and I don't appreciate the lack of communication or updates. The quality of the items received didn't match the price, even with the 40% off code I used. I would have spent $50 US on this set on Amazon, but paid $92 (original price $120).

Overall, I would avoid the gamble that seems to be ordering from NAP unless you have 2 months to wait and don't mind being lied to or spending 2-3x more money.

Sham of a company. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Still waiting on item purchased in Dec. Called, there’s no phone. Finally received an email stating that the color I ordered wasn’t at the warehouse and couldn’t ship (a month later). Agreed to change color, but no replies since.

I made an order weeks ago and have not received tracking for my order or response to my three inquiries.

I know they are slow to ship, but I thought somehow they would at least ship within 2 weeks. Nope. No answer on the number, which is a Google phone that is not turned on. I have emailed them four times now. No answer. I HIGHLY discourage anyone from using this company.

Hello, my order #572106 for three coats was placed back in Nov.2022. So far I've only received one item out of three coats. I've emailed customer service more than ten times but all I heard back from them was just to be patient. So when can I ever receive my two coats? If you don't ship the product to me, please just refund me the money. I have to suspect that this company is a scam and I alert all others not to order anything from them.

This is a really nice quality hoody! Super comfy and cozy. The material is soft and lightweight but also keeps me warm! Very cute and goes great with leggings and jeans. The fit is great, true to size. And no shrinkage after wash! Exactly what I wanted!

Great loungewesr for all occasions.
I ordered the Black lounger. It's very roomy and comfortable. Comes with a hood and deep pockets. You can wear it on a daily or how often you choose.
It took almost a month for shipping.

Return process is cumbersome. You have to pay full shipping cost to return, and they charge all kinds of "fees" resulting in a return amount of roughly 2/3's of your original cost. And they are very slow to respond and refund. Don't bother buying here.

Best quality clothes!! Shipping took long. So you have to be patient. But, I have ordered a few things from Nap for my wife and she LOVES the items. Any wait is worth that.

A year ago the sevice was perfect but somthing must have changed radicaly. An order made and payed for 11 December has yet not reach me.
I will report NAP to Swedish ARN.

Place an order, after a few days was notified of my tracking number and how to track a purchase, but to be aware that if you install information needed to track the item it may destroy all data on your device. Excuse me? This company is shady at best. Wish I could just cancel my order! I Sent them a request to track it for me, have heard nothing back from them. Worst customer service ever. Influencers beware: do not recommend this company!

The shipping did take forever but it eventually came. Nice high quality products!

I wish I can give ZERO star here!

First, I ordered a coat and paid $15 for the delivery and it cost more than 50 days for the shipping.

Second, This is a US website but basically it ships from CHINA!!!! The most important thing is: the coat is just looks so cheap and this is something you can found in Tao Bao with half price or even lower.
