Location à l aéroport de Phuket. Très bon accueil quand on prend véhicule, mais quand on rend la voiture on ne voit que la personne pour état du véhicule. Signature papier et plus rien. On ne vous parle pas de la caution à vous de vous débrouiller. Voilà 18 jours que nous sommes rentrés en France et toujours pas de caution rendu. Au fait tel on vous dit 14 jours. Puis on vous le viré demain. 400 € toujours pas rendu et au téléphone on vous dit à chaque fois c est payé aujourd'hui. Je pense que je vais avoir du mal à la récupérer

Ho prenotato un 4x4 e mi hanno dato un due ruote motrici... ho pagato x 10gg e mi hanno lasciato l auto per 7.... infine ciliegina sulla torta mi hanno fatto magare la pulizia dell'auto.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Worker neglected to mention that the mileage cap was drastically low. Due to the short distance we traveled we assumed we'd fine, but got absolutely blindsided by the bill. A two day rental ended up costing a fortune. National is a terrible car rental service company. Would not recommend.

Im disapointed I have to give 1 star 0 would be more appropriate. The Office in Jasper Alberta Canada. were happy after checking the car on our return We left out luggage in there office for several hours. Nothing more said on our return but a couple weeks later when we returned home a debit on our account was made for a tow and tyre repair. Not us and even after 5 emails to there customer care department and one to the branch owner. No explanation has been offered to us infact no reply to us at all from the Jasper Branch of National Car Rentals. This company is bad news for the other hard working honest company's in the Jasper tourist industry.

The customer service with Stan and his Supervisor at Boston Airport on 2nd August 2019 was the worst I have come across.
I had booked a SUV through Rentalcars.com for pick up at Boston Airport and drop off at Buffalo Airport on 9th August for $578. When I get to the pick up Stan and his supervisor tell me that this price is not for American citizens and I have to pay $527 more as I am dropping at another location.?This was not informed to me when doing the booking and the Supervisor was very rude and I did not pick up the car and booked another one from Hertz at the adjoining counter.
Now American cannot do my charge back as the merchant is saying I did a No Show where as I did pick up a car from Hertz right there.
These guys are thieves as now I am stuck between Priceline, Rentalcars and National for my refund as the rude Supervisor did not give me any cancellation paper and walked away. Being 1.00 am I just left and now trying to get my $578 back

Appalling customer service my complaint has still not been resolved from 5 July 2018. I was told 10 days ago someone would ring us, we are still waiting. Passed from one department to another. Disgusting treatment of customers

It is with dismay that I must take my business elsewhere. I made a recent rental in Erie, Pennsylvania only to arrive on an American Airline flight to find no car. I had made the reservation two months earlier. When I called the “Customer Support” number I was told, “Sorry there is nothing we can do for you.” When I asked to speak to a supervisor I received the same response. I rent over 40 days a year with National and you could care less that you stranded me and my wife at the airport. I walked to the Avis counter and found myself a car, and while I was there signed up for their preferred program, and will take all of my business to them. It is sad that your “customer service” is not really service at all. It would have been easy for you to arrange a car for me had you cared about the situation you placed me and my wife in. Your lack of caring, your lake of response to multiple phone calls, and your overall lack of customer service has cost you my business. I am only one person, but I suspect there are many more out there that you have shown the same lack of concern towards. In a service industry, customer service should be the focus of what you do; rather you choose to ignore customers who you have put in bad situations. It is for this reason I happily take my business elsewhere.

Hired a 7 person Ford Max from NCL via Cartrawler but got "upgraded" to a dirty Hyundai transporter which was not so comfortable given that were driving 700 miles but my main complaint is that I paid a 45 pound deposit on 300 pound total and this was not deducted from the bill. I also took the car back a day early which I mentioned at the time of collecting which they said was fine - they would just charge for 5 days. Got charged a higher rate than quoted and deposit was not taken into account. Emailed them but no answer...

Had a great experience with National until we returned the car and a $250 fee was charged for a pre-existing issue with the car which we have documentation of before taking the vehicle. Has spoiled what was otherwise a fantastic trip with the company.

I use National a lot and they are always fine. I have never had issues always a fast hassle free rental and easy drop off. My only gripe is they always want you to rent a Satnav, take their extra insurance and upgrade to another car but that is pretty common in the business and I always decline but as a company I recommend them 100%.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a car rental company! Very quick and efficient, no endless salesspeach to sell extra insurances, fair prices and super friendly staff.

If you want the Best in the rent a car business, go to National. They are the friendliest, easy to deal with and so positive. Not even Sunday stopes them from smiling and treating you as the most important person that ever came to there counter. You are the best National.

We actually had a really good experience with everything and the car was really nice, though we had to buy an additional insurence at the beginning (200$ extra for 1 month) that they didn't mention online, but we could live with that. When we returned the car we got a receipt and everything was fine. They checked the car and there where no damages or anything. But then 7 days after I can see on my bank account that they charged 1.971$ extra - NO email and NO explanation! Now I've been talking to them all day and first I was sent arround in their system for half an hour without anything happening and then I spoke to a man who insisted on the total amount of 4500$ which is incorrect. So DONT USE national! Apparently they just keep your card information and charges you randomly!

will i have taken a car from them.We agreed that they are gonna take 1200 AED and then send back the 1000 AED if there is no problem with the car. Its been 1 month now and the have never send me anything. I called them to ask for my money the have taken 110 AED from my Visa...
