Food purchases are being constantly denied on certain items such as meat, bread, sauces, etc.

I scanned every item I got to make sure they’re eligible. Every item I got said was eligible. Once checking out, I still owed $20.

Everything is garbage… I worked in Pharmacy over 21 years and the products they send us in terms of “” generics I don’t think so… Not up to par too bad that they don’t raise the bar because the backlash is incredible!!

Horrible company! Hopefully Medicare will get rid of all of them and not allow them to manage our healthcare:)

I ordered food May 8th and they confirmed my order but I have heard nothing since. It was a very difficult web site. I tried to select my store with no avail. I'm wondering if you sent the order to the North Pole?

To have no choice other than to shop nation benefits online is a huge rip off. Their prices are hugely inflated and they don't send you the brand of the product you ordered. It for instance will show almond breeze almond milk and always will send some brand you've never heard of. Same with Campbell's soup that it advertises online and sends you food club which tastes nasty. I will never use them again and I'm trying to find a better option than nations benefits with the insurance I use I might change insurance altogether.

After 3 grievances I still can't use my card in store only on line can't wait to change my insurance company

Make sure your app works for one thing. When you put your number in ,it will automatically say something went wrong and it does this all the time. And it is very hard for elderly people to have to put their medical number in every time you use the card The other card from CCA was a lot better.

What a joke Nations Benefits has become. Prices are 3 times higher than I can get items for at the pharmacy or online elsewhere. And options are very limited. Is this why healthcare is so expensive?

Card has been "unathorized" and unusable at Kroger, walmart and albertsons since last month. Customer service says it is a store problem. Store says it is a card problem. The wellpoint card is a scam.

The 1st time I received my online order, every bottle of the nutrition shake in my order had a deep dent in near the top - how, I don't know since the bottles were secure in their cardboard packaging. Carefully checked each bottle, no cracks or leaks in those bottles (which are plastic by the way). I wasn't happy, but they were drinkable so, ok. Recent order that came today? I'm surprised that there wasn't a puddle of nutrition shake in the bottom of the box! Only 2 out of 12 bottles were within their cardboard carton, 6 of them (again) dented near the top of the bottle. Box of bandaids so smashed both ends of the box opened and bandaids were halfway out of the box. Roll of hospital tape totally seperated from its cover & the cover broken. A personal item received did not match the online picture or description. The plastic "pillow" packing strips (as I call them) that are supposed to be used to protect contents being shipped? Yeah, 2 strips of 4 "pillows" each - 1 pillow fully inflated, 3 with barely any air & the rest flat as pancakes. I did take pics of everything, but there's only a phone number on the website for contact. The website is horrible to navigate, the prices are insane for the products they offer and, judging by the non-matching item, out of date. And no care is taken in packing an order for shipping. Being pretty much housebound, I rely heavily on online ordering & having good delivered to my home. Next time I use my OTC card, I'll have to do it in person at a store that accepts it and see what happens because I will more than likely NOT be ordering from the website again.

After talking to a representative from my insurance company on Friday O was told if I bought OTC products at Walmart all I would have to do is call and said monies taken from my grocery allowance would be replaced from the OTC allotment. After I make over $100 in purchases that OTC DID NOT COVER I call on Monday only to be talked down to by the rep that answered my call. I then get the 3rd degree like I'm some criminal being It's not up to me to decide What is considered OTC product and I quote:"I don't know who told you you could purchase goods like this but Their wrong". Which where I'm from means I was insinuated to be a Liar! I don't know how US disabled or senior people became the bottom feeders whilst the companies that have taken over our Insurance benefits have become....wait for it ....Disgustingly rich,billionaires! This has gone in the toilet already. I have been talked Down to by Everyone I've spoke to except 2 people,the representative who sold me on the switch to Sonder and the 1st rep to talk me through how things work. Everyone else is rude with no compassion and ALL OF THEM acted as if I was asking Them personally for said benefits. This is pitiful.I will NEVER be talked to like that Ever again...So far this IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE YET!!
P.S. The benefit portal website or app DOES NOT WORK. I have tried too many times it's just a hassle all the way around

I use my card every month at Walmart and never had a issue. My experience with this company has been all positive. Hopefully, they solve whatever issues have been posted.

If I designed a website and a business model for the sole purpose of making life miserable for people trying to use the website, I could not do a better job than NationsOTC. They are, by far, the worst online ripoff joint this side of the universe. Crap products, worthless products, unneeded products, overpriced products. And now, to add injury to insult, I can no longer login to waste my $50. It won't accept my ID# and when I call the toll free number, the voice message states that they will not take phone calls and I have to call my health insurance company, which I did only to be told that I was doing everything correctly. HATE THIS COMPANY!

This is pretty much worthless. They give you $50 per quarter and half the stuff you need is not eligible. How much Tylenol and cough syrup can a person buy? Prices are marked up 75% also. Looked for a padded shower bench on their website. Nothing there but hard plastic benches. What a joke of a place.

This has happened more than today. When I scan some of the OTC product at Walmart it says covered and gives the green check ✅ saying it's covered but at checkout it says no. When I called I was told they are having issues and they are aware and it's being worked on. I was also told if a product is covered I could pay for it and then put in for a reimbursement, which I have yet to find where to email, send proof ect...

This company is so poorly run it's useless. Their prices are so high it is ridiculous, and their cards don't work much of the time. Many health insurance companies use them as a low cost benefit to offer to customers, and it shows why their cost is low while the CEO's of the insurance companies continue to get their multi-million $ bonuses. It will never get fixed.

So tired of Anthem and this fraud of a company Nations Benefits. "Nations Benefits, your exclusive shipping..." Exclusive, meaning you can't get it anywhere else. If you're disabled you're screwed. NB has nothing available (no antifungal powder, no Eye Vitamins, hey,vrye vitamins are a biggy for seniors). Send an aid to Walmart with card and nothing is approved for OTC benefits. What's good having $55 every 3 months when NB does not sell what you need and th few items they do have are grossly overpriced. Anthem used to have Walmart as a shipper (or delivery with groceries) but they got greedy. I guess the CEO needs a few more million on his salary. Way to screw the disabled.

Horrible!! The absolute worst OTC and food benefit administrator. Food benefit card does not consistently work at the approved stores Kroger, Publix and Walmart. In addition you have to go into the store to use the card you cannot order online. But you can pay Instacart $20 of your benefit to order from them.

OTC products are overpriced and cheap. They also consider a product like Ensure as a food not OTC like other companies.

Finally, the utility benefit is trash. You do not have the benefit loaded to your card. You must pay the bill then mail, email or fax the paid bill into the insurer and wait for Nations to issue a paper check. I’m still waiting!

Their customer service is unacceptable and I filed a complaint with Medicare on them and the insurer for promising all these benefits that are not readily available.

I did not have these problems with Humana. Nations suck!!

I'm starting to wonder if these products are the ones so damaged the grocery store will not sell them or does Nations Benefits employ dumpster divers to retrieve canned goods to send out. Every box shipped to me has contained extremly dented cans - on the sides, or the seam, the top - it varies. Every single box shipped has dented cans - 4 out of 6 cans, 3 of 3, 2 out of 2 and so on. I try not to order canned goods because this occurs in EVERY shipment. A slight dent may be ok, of course, but some of the cans look crushed nearly in half, or the rim so damaged it will not open. What a terrible terrible waste. (So far, items in plastic jars and boxes have shipped well, no damage - unless you have a can - even one can in the shipping box - cracked open a jar, contents running on everthing and outside the box.) I doubt that will change, so just a suggestion, if you can get to the store, maybe buy the canned goods there -also they cost less so you'll have more money in that months grocery benefit.
