Order placed in October. I've been trying to contact them. Nearly Christmas and no items no money no explanation or even communication.
Next step report them.

Please do not waste your money, they are a n awful company, I have now issued complaints with trading standards, the tax office for failure to declare and the ombudsman. Unlike most my order was small in comparison but you will never see your order or your refund. The company are rude do not contact by phone. If I could give less than 1 I would.

Don't waste your time ordering anything, a month later no goods have arrived and excuses a plenty, not acceptable for my staff PPE needs.

Placed order on 13th July and they were unable to supply within a reasonable time scale so agreed to credit but 10 weeks later, zero replies to several emails, no one EVER answers the phone and no message facility, we have even threatened legal action and STILL no reply or refund! Been left with no choice but to commence that promised legal action then!!

Appalling - Do not do business with this company. Ordered 6 weeks ago still no sign of the items order or a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

A sham company. DO NOT purchase from this company, I have no idea why they are trading when they cannot fulfil an order. I ordered a pair of workwear trousers and after three weeks, no delivery, but I had emails apologising and promising delivery would be within a few days.

In the end I had to threaten legal action and trading standards to get a refund, which I eventually did.

I have placed a large bulk order for over £200 worth of PPE equipment and despite waiting 3 weeks for delivery (with emails and phone calls in between from this company advising the goods are on the way and they have had an 'error' with their system) there is still no sign of delivery. I was promised they would be here by today an still nothing. I have since called numerous times to be met with a recorded message advising they are too busy for calls, I have therefore emailed numerous times asking for someone to get in touch to discuss a refund, which have been ignored.

Ordered on their website on 9th August. Also paid for goods by debit card. No goods have arrived. Followed up today to discover no contact phone number on website. Found a phone nr on a Google search. When I phoned
it is a recorded message saying they are too busy to answer.
Do not touch this company with a bargepole!
I paid them £104.98 and I have no idea what the status of my order is.

Made quite a large order from this company in October last year. By December the order still hadn't arrived. Since then we have been asking for a refund which we are still of course waiting for. Sounds like this company is in trouble, but leaving people out of pocket is theft. They need to cease trading.

I ordered a pair of work shoes from the site and set up a bank transfer to pay as directed. The following day I realised I didn't need them so emailed to cancel. The next I heard was a few days later saying my order had been processed and would be dispatched. I immediately went back to them and said I had cancelled. Someone came back to say they'd look into it but didn't come back to me.

I must admit I did forget about it until I received the shoes I cancelled. I spent the next 3 months (yes, 3 months) trying to get a refund to no avail. They're good at acknowledging your initial email but don't expect anything else afterwards.

I've decided now to cut my losses and try and sell the shoes on myself or something. I am staggered by the complete lack of regard for anything approaching customer service by this company.

Good prices, but two weeks deliver, and lied to when I chased up the order.

I ordered 2 pairs of safety boots in August 2017 and returned one pair, as they were too big. I am still waiting to get a refund (Its now December 2017). Despite receiving e-mails informing me that they are going to repay me, they still haven't refunded me. I wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase.
Do NOT use this company!

Bad services.
Ordered some abrasive pads in august.
Now I don't any pads and no refund.
They say system fail bla bla...
