Non-Delivery & Legal Threats
They're a Scam Company. They operated under a different name on TrustPilot (and had a negative page on there too).
They didn't deliver the course that we bought. Upon us requesting a refund, they denied. Then we entered a chargeback with the bank - which the bank deemed to be lawful presented with the evidence of non-delivery.
.. That being said, now the company is threatening us. VERY bad experience.

We are writing this public reply to address the serious and false allegations made by Jonas. We believe in transparency and want to provide the facts that were not included in this review.
Product Delivery: The central claim of this review is "non-delivery" of the course. This is false. We have verifiable digital records confirming that the customer was granted full access to the course materials they purchased. The product was delivered.
Payment Dispute: The customer did not request a refund from us. Instead, after accessing the course, they initiated a credit card chargeback for the full amount, citing "non-delivery." In essence, they received the product and then attempted to get it for free.
"Legal Threats": When a customer receives a product and then reverses payment via a chargeback, it creates a debt. Our communication about taking legal action was not a "threat," but a standard business procedure to recover payment for services that were rendered and consumed.
False Company History: The claim that we operated under a different, negative name is a complete fabrication designed to damage our reputation.
We presented Trustpilot with evidence to prove these points. Unfortunately, they have a policy of accepting a reviewer's "documentation" (in this case, likely the chargeback paperwork) as "proof" without allowing the business to see or refute it.
We are a legitimate business that delivers on its promises. It is disheartening when a customer uses platform policies to justify receiving a product without paying for it. We stand by the quality of our courses and our ethical business practices. We leave it to the public to judge the situation for themselves.
