During the Easter break there was an issue with the emails going through ,I wasn't able to arrange pick up of medication ,it was very inconvenient.

As a practitioner, they kept jacking up the price from $500 to $600 to $700 per year with absolutely no upgrades to their very old website. It used to be good, but now they seem to be extracting more cash from practitioners for no capital investment.

As a small business owner I am disappointed in how expensive this service is, for how little it gives.
Over my 4 month time investing in this service there were no leads generated. Once I made a complaint, a very suspicious lead ironically phones me. With no follow up or contact following.

Second to this when I canceled my subscription I then had to spend hours of my time to be able to cancel due to the back and forth of the special offers that try to keep the subscription alive.

After a lengthy phone call I was then able to finally cancel however was charged a non negotiable fee of over $200.

Another part that I didn’t like about this subscription is that it now requires a full digital ID registration.

The group recommended for me never bothered to get back to me. Several recommendation were not on track for what I needed.

Easy to use- For my local area

I found 3 remedial massage therapists in my area.

I have received a number of clients through advertising through your organisation

If this is about glyco bance,it's a rip off I ordered 3 units for 67 dollars I received 5 and got a charge of $339.00 not what I ordered at all get your act together

"I signed up with the understanding that I could cancel at any time if the service didn’t meet my needs, but I faced a completely different scenario when I attempted to cancel. The platform not only failed to deliver quality listings but also offered no mediation when a client refused to pay me and even threatened me. It’s clear there are significant flaws in the business model, and I’ve noticed that while practitioners have positive reviews on the site, the service itself does not.

For months, I tried to reach out to cancel, but my account manager retained only one recording, in which he briefly mentioned the subscription terms. However, during onboarding, I was told the subscription was cancel-anytime. Given the misleading information and lack of accountability, I now feel it’s in my best interests to contact consumer affairs to explore options for exiting this contract."

No one ever got in contact when I contacted twice. Dissapointed we were unable to receive treatment

Everything was great. The therapist was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about what she was doing. Now just waiting for a follow up appt in August

As per the previous review left by the person right before me, I can confirm the appalling customer service. I want to close my account before renewal and they are not calling back, not answering their phone and never proceeding with request via email. In their T&C, they mention they're sending a reminder 10 business days before the renewal date and it's false. If they are not closing my account within the next week or charging me for renewal whilst I tried to cancel it 8 days before the end date, I'm contacting ACCC for false representation and unfair trading.

Absolutely appalling customer service, I've been waiting months for my calls and emails to be returned. I want to cancel my account but can't. At this point I'm convinced they're a scam.

Able to promptly secure a home visit massage female therapist through this service where other providers (blys and zenin) were unable to
