Found it easy to order and it arrived very quickly my girls love everything best products I have ever tried my girls on they are obsessed with it 💗

I particularly like the wide range of products available for chickens 🐓 like most owners, I want the best for my girls. You can buy anything from treats to treatments and they’re affordable and come in a timely manner. Due to the heatwave I had a breakout of mites so ordered some mite bombs, powder and something tasty for them to eat. It was really easy for me to get everything I wanted in one place, which saved time and money.

Excellent selection of chicken treats, supplemental feed and bedding flowers etc. Customer service is second to none. Fast delivery and competitively priced. Highly recommend and will definitely purchase from again.

I went to a subsidiary called True-dog.co.uk for some reason it changed the billing address to the shipping address. I realised this straight away and contacted them by email and got a reply saying...
"I can confirm that I have amended your shipping address to....."

The parcel didn't arrive so 2 weeks later I contact them and they tell me it went to the billing address and then said because I got it wrong on the order it's tough (not in those words but that's what they meant) I sent them a screenshot of their email telling me they confirmed the order had been sent to the correct address. They didn't even bother replying properly they just sent the same email as before again basically tough!!
So I called them and without surprise they forwarded me to a voicemail.
Unfortunately what they didn't bank on was the fact that consumer act 2015 puts the onus on them as they confirmed the shipping address. Up to now they are refusing to do anything but I will dispute it with my bank and have the mo ey returned and I have also contacted trading standards as they cannot change the narrative to suit. I am livid they are so arrogant.
If they rectify it I will remove this or at least add to this review of the out come but would advise to stay very well away from such a company that deals with their customers with such contempt. Disgusting behaviour

Update - I had to do a charge back through my bank card issuer as they had absolutely no desire to correct their own incompetence.
Such a shame for them as I own a kennels for 35 dogs and have 3 types of dogs we breed having several litters a year & I am ambassador for a large dog charity. I was testing the product for our licki mats. My orders alone would have run into over £1000 per month. But no matter the quality of the product I wouldn't trust them now. Had they have accepted it was their error and owned that I wouldn't have come on here, other review sites & their socials to warn others of their inability to see when they are breaking consumer law & to be careful before parting with any money.

I should have realised when it took me a week to order due to the website/shopify site not working properly. Sometimes the universe tries to tell you something prior to events like this happening for a reason!

No complaints about service and the birds certainly have no complaints, they love it,

Chicken treats. Quite ££££ but the girl’s love them and it keeps them happy and laying wonderful eggs so we don’t mind paying a little extra once in a while.

The items took longer to arrive than stated, almost a week. I purchased feed for my chickens as I thought it was the same one I had previously purchased, but it is completely different, and the chickens or wild birds will not touch it—a complete waste of money.

My order from DPD didn’t arrive after 2 attempts, “attempts”? They returned 🤣 my order, it’s on it way back to Nature grub, shocking, Certainly not Natures Grub fault, they resent my order with a different courier, I received within 2 days……customer service faultless, the lady who I spoke to on the phone was lovely, thankyou Team Grub xx

I think we've got almost the entire Natures Grub chicken range. My rescue girls are thriving on it & the resident girls are plumb with shiny feathers. The new flock will catch up in no time. Products are very competitively priced & made in Britain.
