Outstanding service and product quality! Will purchase from them again!

They created my wifes ring and worked with me until i was super happy with it. Great quality beautiful ring.

Working with Stephanie to order my upgraded wedding band was an amazing experience from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect ring. The entire process was seamless, and the quality of both the customer service and the finished product exceeded all of my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for exceptional service and beautiful jewelry.

Incredible company! Both in product and customer service. Ive ordered two custom rings for gifts and am so impressed with them. Highly recommended!

I customized my fiancé’s ring almost 3 years ago and it came out prettier than I thought. Everything was seamless and when I contacted customer service, they answered every questions I asked in a timely manner. It would have been 5 stars but unfortunately my fiancé’s ring isn’t circle anymore. After 2 years just for wearing it on a daily basis, her ring is almost in an oval shape. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to happen since she doesn’t really do anything that would turn it into that shape. I did reach out to get it fixed but it’s a bit pricey to just get the right shape. 5 stars for customer service though.

The customer service and website was easy to navigate and the order came in under the time estimated.

I ordered a gift on mother’s day on last moment. It was express order and they were very helpful and professional to assist and execute custom idea in 3 days. Fast delivery and best customer service experience.

The earings are beautiful. I'm so glad I chose them for my purchase.

I was scared to buy jewelry online for the first time, but customer support helped me with all my questions. They made it so easy. I bought a tennis bracelet, and the quality is top-notch. It looks exactly like the photos online!

Bought a ring from nature sparkle, was very satisfied with craftsmanship and customer service. would recommend.

I think their communication was exceptional, got answers to my questions quite easily and the process was simple, great job NS

After a long search for the perfect ring for my special one this guys really stepped up and made it perfectly.
Thank you NS team

Looks good, and then the diamonds fall out. The process of getting it repaired is time consuming and they do not absorb the cost of shipping. I've already done this once and then the SAME DIAMOND fell out again. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Looks good when you first buy it. Takes less than a year for diamonds to fall out.

I guess naturesparkle is the best way to go if you really want a piece of jewelry that is worth to buy for. I remember looking at these types of stores when I don't have much money. And now here I am. Worked and grind and afford the most precious earrings for my 31st b-day! Thanks for shipping it on time also!
