I am loving the camera. Due to ill health, I spend a lot of time indoors. Having the camera allows me to spend time with nature. It was really easy to set up and has lots of great features. Highly recommend. Great value for money.

While I am very happy with the quality of the images produced, I find it difficult to remove the micro sd card from the bottom of the camera. Also I think having a tripod thread at the back of the camera, is awkward ? it would have been much better on the bottom. I have to switch the camera on before strapping it to a tree.

There was a fault with the Helarctos Solar Trail Camera (it didn't switch properly from night to day mode), and I had a very quick reply to my original message which suggested a possible fix. The fix didn't work reliably, and when I got in touch a few weeks later to explain that I was sent a replacement with no quibbling. It is so refreshing to deal with an actual human (and a tech expert at that), and to have such great service. The camera is great too with sharp images and it's solar powered, which means that after charging it up it doesn't need batteries (even in the grey & rain of the last week the solar panel has been enough to keep it going)

What is this company doing well? is the question- the answer is simple- it has provided us with superb equipment and - some months later when we had a problem- backed that up with truly astonishing service

I had previously been using a Bushnell HD trailcam to capture images of the local wildlife. The Bushnell was a great little unit but tended use a lot of battery power. The Browning Spec Ops Elite HP5 is certainly a major improvement in terms of the image clarity, trigger speed and battery life. One of my main reasons for the purchasing the Spec Ops Elite HP5 was for campsite security on future trips to Africa which I can see the camera will be perfect.

Quality product. Easy setup and now watching fascinating images of Swallows nesting in our barn.

The camera is so easy to use and the footage we’ve captured is great. We loved our first purchase so much we bought this as a second one to place elsewhere in our garden to track our hedgehogs nightly activity.

Being able to solve the nocturnal mysteries of who by and when are the hedgehog biscuits eaten. We have an evening visitor we see but it transpires two hedgehogs polish off the biscuits at 3.00am.

Very prompt delivery on purchase of a perfect wildlife camera with excellent video recordings and rechargable battery. I've had a couple of wildlife cameras of the conventional types with aren't a patch on the Wildcam 2 and ended up being sent back faulty, Also Very prompt personal technical help available.

Clear information on the website and swift service. Glad Royal Mail is used for delivery. As I live in a rural location it saves an extra delivery van journey.

Really happy with the camera after using a Trail camera which didn't have Wi-Fi connection. It's great getting notifications so that I can record instantly if I want. I also bought the mini tripod so that I can move it around the garden. Only disappointment is that you can't view the sd card on your computer only on the app.

Excellent service. My camera was delivered within 24 hours!!!! I'd read some people had problems with connection but I took my time and it all connected easily. I also ordered the solar panel and this has kept my camera charged 100%, although I'm sure this will drop a little in the winter. I'm thrilled with my camera, I just need the wildlife to be more active as my hedgehogs seem to have disappeared.

I have just received a wildcam2 as a present and so far very impressed with the quality of the product, the pictures are crystal clear day and night. I did have a problem setting up I put that down to getting old, but the customer service was fantastic and Alice helped me get the cam up and running. So if you want a small wildlife camera give this a go.

I have 4 NatureSpy WildCam2 cameras (used for bird and hedgehog videos and photos. The camera is very easy to set up and use; the quality of the videos and photos is excellent and clear; the camera internal battery life is long, and is simple to charge by usb, rather than paying a fortune for batteries (which is what I had to do with my previous cameras); it is easy to monitor all four cameras on my ipad/phone in real time (also by alerts), either together or individually; night-time viewing is easy (choice of infrared or colour); saving videos / photos on to the camera's memory card/also to my external hard drive is simple; the Customer Service has been exceptional - very friendly and professional help. I can not praise the NatureSpy WildCam2 camera and technical team (especially Alice) enough - thank you

You can always judge a company best by how they deal with things that go wrong. The first camera we received had a fault.

It was absolutely no trouble at all for them to sort it out and send another for me. It was quick, easy, and straightforward.

Throughout everything Felix, who dealt with the query the whole way through, was polite, helpful, and considerate. He could not have done more if he tried. I have been exceptionally impressed.

We now have a camera that does the job and we can’t wait to get it to see what else we capture now it’s out in the field
