I treated myself to a camera at Christmas and The Nature Spy Shop reviews convinced me to use them. There is a good selection of camera's and I picked one. It arrived quickly and I set it up as per the instructions. Unfortunately it was faulty and failed to work correctly. I emailed customer support and received several replies asking me to check various settings. It soon became apparent that it wasn't user error and I returned the camera. Two days later the money was back in my bank account. Brilliant customer service.

I stumbled across Naturespy after doing a Google serach to buy my first trail camera. Their website and buying guide seemed honest and straightforward. Their prices were as good or better than anywhere else so I ordered my Browning Edge.
From order to delivery was far faster than I hoped. The tracking info was the best I have seen and any technical questions have been answered at lightening speed. Top marks all round.

Nature Spy customer service has been excellent. The trail camera we purchased from them had a fault with the power supply and not capturing all images. The Nature Spy Technical Team asked me to provide details by email and within a few days I had an email back saying they would replace the camera. The new camera arrived with a new set of batteries. I was very impressed with the prompt service and very positive response.

The '100% Excellent' reviews says it all. Informative, helpful, swift to reply and speedy delivery. I can't speak for aftersales yet as the product has only just arrived, but I've no reason to belive it won't also be excellent.

It's a shame more British companies aren't able to offer the same level of service as NatureSpy. If they were, life would be a whole lot easier!

I put the wrong batteries in a camera trap I bought from Nature Spy and fried the internal battery. Sent it back and they replaced saying that they should have made it clearer what batteries needed to go in! I think that's exceptional considering it does have battery recommendations on their website.

Being a complete novice with most things I always look for suppliers who I think can provide the relevant product information as well as a great service, NarureSpy did not disappoint. From the first phone call I felt confident that they knew their products and were keen to help, the online purchase was fast and straightforward and I was very impressed with the updating of the order and the delivery time, the camera arrived within 24 hours less than a week before Christmas. A follow up call was dealt with rapidly and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I agree with the other reviewers in that NatureSpy's before and after-sales customer service is outstanding. After a few weeks of purchase I decided, for a couple of reasons, that the camera I had chosen was not for me. James was been a big help and answered all my queries promptly and efficiently, and finally organised a refund unquestioningly. Thank you.

I was delighted with Naturespy when I purchased my first camera; great service and knowledge in terms of what to buy and what batteries to use. When my second camera stopped working barely a month after purchase the team at Naturespy (having first checked I wasn't doing something stupid, which was entirely possible) asked me to return the device. They then swiftly contacted me to say a fault had been found and a replacement was on its way. A couple of days later a brand new camera was in my hands.
Faultless service and, as a result, guaranteed future purchases from Naturespy.

The camera I ordered was out of stock but naturespy kept me updated about the progress of my order. The delivery was delayed so naturespy recommended an alternative. I'm thrilled with the wildlife camera they suggested and very impressed with the customer service I received. 10/10

Once again customer service absolutely faultless. I STRONGLY recommend buying your next trail camera from them. Prices are excellent and as I've already said - service is the best.
I've bought 2 Browning RekonForce Edge cameras from them and they work perfectly.

I emailed for some advice and got a very comprehensive response. I am very happy with my purchase (apart from forgetting to turn it off when removing the card and spoiling my batteries)

Had a battery issue with my camera trap a few weeks after purchase. James from Naturespy immediately diagnosed the problem, told me the solution and sent me free replacement batteries. Couldn't ask for better service.

Wonderful customer service. My Browning camera recently developed a fault while still under guarantee. It was checked and replaced super fast even during lockdown. They are always very helpful with any problems that may arise either with the item or advising how to use the cameras better.

Great service, easy to deal with and very helpful when you have a problem even if it's your own fault. Would use them again without hesitation, a happy customer.

The nature camera we have purchased from NatureSpy has been excellent. A robust camera with great quality images. The small instruction manual is easy to follow and tells you all you need to know to operate the camera. In addition, the customer service has been excellent. The camera arrived in good time and in good condition. When we did have a problem with the camera the customer service team dealt with it promptly and efficiently. Thank you NatureSpy we are enjoying great pictures of all the visiting wildlife in our garden.

The website has stacks of useful and honest information suitable for a range of buyers, and when I emailed with questions I received a response within a few hours. Our village conservation group have just purchased a Browning Recon Force Edge camera from Naturespy with excellent advice from James. To say we are pleased is an understatement the quality of the video and images are superb. Great people to deal with and what a fantastic service!!! I had an issue with my camera and they couldn't have been more helpful. You really get to know how good a company is when things go awry, and these are superb. Not for profit as well.
