Carefull with diaper size
Everything ok with the shipment but, to give a more interesting feedback I have to speak about the products bought. In particular about the diapers: the product it self is wonderful, but be careful with the size. My daughter is 1month and half and the weight only this week is above 4kg. I took the diapers with size 1 (2-5kg) the same of a commercial one, but the effettive measurements is much lower, For my next order I have to take the size 2. I will tell you if the results is better or not.

Good diapers, bad subscription system
The napies are very good, but every time you change the size in subscription is a problem, we been now waiting for a month, and we still don’t have our diapers, we gonna end up changing brand because of all the problems to make adjustments in the subscription.

The poop comes out of the diaper
Delivery was perfect. The product, instead, does not meet my expectations: my baby boy is always dirty on his back because poop comes out of the diaper

We believe this is due to an unfortunate manufacturing fault and though these are very rare, they sometimes can occur.
However, leakage can sometimes be caused by a bad fit as well. It is not uncommon for some children to experience a less-than-ideal nappy fit although they may fall within the recommended weight range of a particular nappy size.
Babies come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, and although their weight may be within a certain range, their body shape can vary significantly.

Absolutely love the quality and the efficiency of the Naty’s sustainable products, and their customer service. It would be even better if the packaging would be made of paper instead of plastic, to be consistent with the brand. But maybe they’re already working on it

Terrible two week wait. Nappies come from overseas in the UK
I paid £4.99 for delivery. I didn’t realise the nappies came from overseas. The nappies took so long to come that I had to order more nappies to fill the gap. Customer service just said sorry. I informed them that they need to inform customers about the almost two delivery time.

Eine echte Katastrophe, ich habe meine Enkelin zur Besuch und sie schläft mit mir im großen Bett was, seit dem ich neulich die Windeln beim Netto gekauft habe ist sie jeden morgen total nass. Ist mir bis jetzt noch bei keinen anderen Windeln passiert. Was soll ich jetzt mit der großen Packung machen?

Ho voluto prima testare un pacco di pannolini in vacanza, che almeno non ero sola in caso di “fuoriuscite” ed è andata benissimo.
Sto facendo ora l’abbonamento.
Nessuna fuoriuscita, nessun segno rosso sulla pelle della mia bimba, ha resistito anche a diverse ore in viaggio e alla pupù. È rimasto sempre tutto dentro😂
