Great site format.
Needs improvements in:
Has real time availability of vessels, and not to wait for confirmation.
Needs to let the communication flow better so as to reduce idle time between communication.

Your assistant did everything get us a boat fitting our needs, dates and destination. Since it was last minute and we were constant moving it was a quiet challenge

What else could we expect than having a prompt and efficient support to plan our holiday on a sailing boat abroad :-) Just great !

I had a very good contact with the agents of incrediblue. They were very kind and helpful to find the best solution for us and very professional.

This is the first time I used incrediblue for sailing and I have to say it was very smooth, efficient and just top notch service. Everything from the first contact to booking and boat check in was very good. Definitely not the last time.

The trip did not live up to the promises and expectations primarily due to the unprofessionalism and laziness of the Captain Theo Rekleitis.
The "captain" would not sail even in perfect conditions and with other boats doing so around us. Hi modus operandi was to put the boat on autopilot and run the diesel motor non-stop while he sat below deck on his tablet and mobile. (We almost hit another boat as a result).
At the end he gave us a bill for his diesel costs calculated on unmeasured inputs. In addition he charged us for port charges despite this not being included in the costs by the tour operator Incrediblue. At this time they have not resolved the matter satisfactorily with us. Finally the captain returned us to port a day earlier than was paid for in the schedule so he could attend to private business. A planned dream family holiday marred by the bad attitude of the person responsible for making it unforgettable.

Early check in, late check out, great price. What more can you ask for?

Perfect communication from the beggining till the end!!

We had great time in our vacation with incrediblue. We ordered 2 boats which were perfect for our needs. even when one of them broke 1 week before the charter it was replaced with even better boat with no extra charge.
All communication was done great and the vacation went very smoothly.

It was a last minute thing and incredible made it happen.

Absolutely top notch communications with Incrediblue prior to our trip summer 2015. They go to the extreme to make you happy. We sailed the Ioanian Islands. Our captain was great natured and fun to be with. We wished we had booked for more days!
We are now hooked and have booked a motor sailer out of Pylos, Missinias for our next voyage July 2016. We highly recommend them to all interested in experiencing Greece and it's beautiful islands from the water.
