Nautal hat mir 2016 eine Charter-Segelyacht auf Ibiza vermittelt. Der Service war zunächst sehr freundlich und gut. Auch während des Urlaubs waren die stets freundlichen Mitarbeiter gut verfügbar. Nur stellte sich nach Abgabe des Bootes heraus, dass der vermittelte Vercharterer unseriös ist. Ich habe meine Kaution nicht zurück bekommen, obwohl mir nur ein Verhacken der Kette unter der Ankerwinsch angelastet wurde. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Vercharterer eine falsche Firmen-Adresse angegeben hat. Auch war er plötzlich telefonisch für mich und meinen Anwalt nicht mehr erreichbar. In dieser Situation hatte ich keine Unterstützung mehr von Natual. Vielmehr hatte ich den Eindruck, dass sich Nautal hinter den Vercharterer stellt. Seit dem gehe ich nur noch über seriöse deutsche Vermittler und hatte auch keine Probleme mehr.

Not feeling satisfied regarding our trip with Pythagoras (Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 362) booked via Incrediblue. After a small incident we had on the boat, there was a small damage that resulted in losing our whole deposit that was altogether 800 euros. The damage was a result of a bad welding on the cleat of the boat that was damaged and was not our fault. We would have liked to be more informed regarding the REAL costs of the damage and not lose our entire deposit for just an accident caused by wrongly welded former damaged part.
Also, no real communication between us and the sailboat owner regarding the actual costs of the damage, where he will go to repair it and what is the best way to solve the issue.

I would NOT recommend this sailboat to any other users of Incrediblue platform.

Very impressed with service from Incrediblue - very quick reply to initial enquiry and help through understanding the process of booking a yacht. Offer huge flexibility in terms of length of trips. Also impressed with user-friendly website which offers a large range of vessels. Overall looks like a very good operation and my wife and her friends had a great time on the trip.

Booking with Incrediblue was very user friendly. I am so glad I found this site last minute, it was affordable and provided options. My friend and I chartered a skippered sail boat and sailed around the south islands of Greece. The skipper was always keeping our safety in mind as well as checking in with us. I would recommend this way to travel to anyone that is looking for a bit of adventure.

Since you rent a boat and/or a skipper from unkwon private people it will be easy to build trust based on other people reviews.
You can do that however they allow vendors to de-register and register again so any 'bad' review comes clean. Funny thing they claim to carefully review their sellers.
Never use their service again because I can't trust what they offer.

We had an incredible 3 day sailing trip around the Saronic Islands. I highly recommend incrediblue. The booking experience and the personal assistance during the whole process was very good. The boat was in good condition and the skipper was a nice and experience sailor. We had a great time and we recommend the experience to anyone looking for a unique way to explore the Greek islands.

Exterior of the boat is as advertised, but the interior is incredibly cramped even by boat standards. No headroom, very very uncomfortable beds. Skipper didn't want to do any sailing, put on the autopilot and fuel most of the time. I am by no means a sailing expert, or a prude, but this was clearly a very bad experience. The skipper insisted we didn't flush the toilet with paper in it because it would clog it up, plus no hot water on board so no warm shower. Cooker is basically an old gas tank, which has no stability whatsoever. Plates are washed in the sea, without a hint of sanitary standards. Burned myself while cooking. Captain did his best, except when he swore to us in greek, because we actually wanted to do some sailing...
