DO NOT BUY from this company. I purchased the borax powder, it took a month to get to me. Firstly the product was not in the bag they have advertised, but a black bag that had been opened. Secondly, there was no borax powder only hard clump of Lord knows what. I asked for a refund and they said they would resend. 2months after my initial order another black package turns up which had been opened and there are lumps of what looks like white rock. This company is a scam.

Took over a month for me to get this, it came damaged, without instructions, and nothing like the product I brought. I’m seeking a refund.

stole over $100 when u call up they are from india not nz

also told me i had no order when giving them my order number.. they pretend on the phone they cant hear you just so you hang up

dont buy at navafresh they are a scam!!

Whole process from ordering to shipping was easy and prompt.

Ridiculously over priced- $200+ for 10 sachets of tea? Which I can get at local indian store for $10.

its been great dealing with them. ship quickly. had a little issue with one delivery which they quickly sorted.

Scammed! Paid over $200 for what, in effect, was a 5-gram sample of the product. The operator of this company should be ashamed of themselves.

It seems to be a good product. I would have rated hire but for the time it took to arrive after payment.

Easy to see the website. Easy to use and order. Product is excellent. Felt very comfortable that I was getting what was advertised on the website. Have recommended this product to my friends as we are nurses and all do shift work.

My parcel was lost in transit but NavaFresh has provided a full refund. I am very happy with that

product turned up, which is good,the tracking said reached destination singapore, I live in new zealand but I did receive it

They came reasonably quickly. They look good and I have just started taking them. Only suggestion would be if u buy in bulk u should get charged per bottle less then a person buying 1

I thought I was buying from a NZ company otherwise I might not have purchased this. It was difficult to access and know what was happening with the tracking. I had no idea if it would ever turn up after spending so much money. So I was pleasantly surprised and pleased when it did.

Product was A1whole vanilla pods
Delivery was much longer than I had hoped. A month from ordering. An NZ address but came from overseas. Also pictures made me think I was getting more pods than ordered - but I should have been more diligent. I got 10 thought it was 40 but on further investigation it did say 10.
