Great in-store experience.
First class service from Paul at the Hull store, who provided information regarding various different products, enabling us to make our choice on our new suite without feeling pressured.

Chris was great with my mum today
Helpful and informative even made us a cup of tea .

We visited ncf Hull with my mum to look for a sofa for her newly decorated living room.
Dan politely greeted us and explained the layout of the store. My mum quickly found the Osaka sofa range which she loved and to make it even better it was an excellent price! We went to the other stores but she had her heart set on that one. My sister also loved it and both ended up ordering the same style but in different colours and sizes.

Overall an excellent experience would visit again and recommend to others!

We visited the Hull store looking for a 2 seater sofa. We were welcomed when we entered the store but left to explore and look around until we asked for help. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and a great help. There was no pressure to make a decision but Paul said if he could be of further help to let him know. My wife and I visited a pub close by for lunch, made a decision and then went back to the store to place an order. Paul again took us through the ordering process and informed us that as the sofa was in stock delivery would be in 7 to 10 days. Unfortunately, a mistake was made and the wrong size was ordered. Within 24 hours a call to customer services put the issue right and we could still expect our order within 10 days. Our sofa was delivered today only 6 days after visiting the store. Thank you to all those involved. We would highly recommend NCF Living. Go and give them a try.

Thank you so much to Paul at Hull for all your help and honesty we were unsure on what dining set to order and after much deliberation and back and fourth we decided on a stunning set from NCF and Paul made our experience in store amazing as he was so helpful with all his knowledge and patience, we cannot wait for our order to be delivered 😀

We came into the branch in hull and Steve was very helpful he gave some amazing advice and gave us a fantastic deal on our sofa.

Visited your hull branch today and was greeted by a lovely gentleman called Mark, he introduced himself and directed me to what I was looking for and then left us to browse, not pushy like other showrooms, went to find him to tell him we shall be back when confirmed the measurements

I paid over £3,000 in November for a sofa that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. Months later, I am still waiting.
Multiple delivery dates have been arranged and on every occasion the company has failed to turn up, with no explanation. Customer service has been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
This company is holding thousands of pounds of my money with no sofa and no reliable delivery date. The experience has been stressful and unacceptable.

I had a very poor experience with NCF Living from start to finish.

NCF sold me a bed and accepted my order with a delivery address provided. After the sale, they then refused to deliver the bed to that address. Instead of working with me on a reasonable solution, they attempted to charge me £50 per week in storage fees.

The situation was made worse because my new build house was delayed due to adverse weather, which was entirely outside my control and caused by the house builder, not me. Despite this being clearly explained, NCF Living showed no flexibility or understanding.

Their head office customer care "Lynn K" and "Sally W" were extremely frustrating. They went weeks without responding, and when they did reply, they repeatedly sent the same generic email response, ignoring the questions and concerns I had raised. There was no attempt to engage properly or find a fair resolution.

Overall, this felt like a complete lack of customer care once payment had been taken. I would strongly advise anyone considering NCF Living to be very cautious, get everything in writing, and be aware of potential extra charges if anything doesn’t go perfectly.

We went to check for a sofa for our new house. Paul is very welcoming and he assist us very well. All our questions are professionally answered. I really recommend to go in their Hull branch and look for Paul to assist you.
