As much as I loved the seat mount for my Canyon Aeroad, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the version designed for the Pinarello Grevil.

My experience started with ordering the wrong part because the product description on the website was incomplete. At the time of purchase, there was no information indicating that different versions existed for Grevil models prior to 2026 and for the 2026 model year.

Once I received the correct item, I was disappointed with the fit and finish. The mount did not sit securely on the bike and felt quite loose despite tightening the bolts to the recommended torque. It appeared that the 3D design or manufacturing tolerances were not precise enough to provide a perfect fit. As a result, the mount shifted several times on the seatpost, causing scratches, which was very frustrating. I highly doubt that paint thickness is the root cause here, as the gap in my case was ca. 5 mm (photos available), which seems far too large to be explained by normal variations in paint tolerance.

Based on my experience, I would recommend waiting until the product receives an updated design or a second-generation version before purchasing it for a Pinarello Grevil.

I found the Neat Components website while looking for a rear radar/light mount. Navigating the initial website is user friendly. Finding your bike model under Light and Radar Mounts is easy.
When it is time to choose a "Variant" in the dropdown menu, be very careful to make the correct choice. Some of the choices have a line drawn thru them.
I unfortunately made the wrong mount choice. Totally 100% MY FAULT. Read the dropdown menus carefully.
Upon trying to return the mount and purchase the correct one, unfortunately I was hit with this news:

"The return cost in your case would often exceed the price of the product, and due to tax regulations this will also be added."
"You are still free to return, but we will withdraw the tax(15%)+handling fee(165DKK) from the original refund price."
"However, if you would like to purchase the correct mount, we’d be happy to offer you a 15% discount code for your new order, as this will be the most cost-effective option for you."

I was disappointed to read this solution. Needless to say, I did not return the mount or accept the 15% code. I found another distributor to purchase from located in the United States.
Bottom line...when ordering from overseas companies BE SURE YOU HAVE ORDERED THE CORRECT PRODUCT.

Jeg købte en holder til Garmin Varia og produktet er virkelig godt. Jeg undrede mig over, at der ikke medfulgte noget gummi til at sætte indenunder, men det er slet ikke nødvendigt, fordi holderen passer helt præcist på sadelpinden. Kan klart anbefales. :-)

Hi, I've bought one of your products and despite it arrives relatively in time, the product was incorrect for my bike. I've tryto change it but after getting in touch with you I've realized that for my bike it was not produced (Van Rysel RCR-F....what a shame) and the only solutions proposed was to pay again for the shipback with a very complicated process to get back my money .....I've decided to through away your product and buy it
from another brand.

Poorly constructed/overpriced. Screws fell out of Garmin mount mid-ride and the insert cracked when I tried to retighten them. Apparently this is a common issue and when I reached out, I was just sent the link to buy a new insert.

Overall positive experience. Navigating the site, selecting the correct mount and ordering was pretty easy.
Shipping was prompt and delivery wasn’t too bad for shipping to US. The radar mount was easy to install, fits perfectly and doesn’t shift up or down on my seat post which is what I was worried about. The mount itself is sturdy so far and 200mi in has worked flawlessly.

Its a pity ... when you want to sent back a wrong order it is nearly impossible .
Even when you put a right address on the package , the danish Post don't sent it directly . The Package has to be taken back at the post office . unfortunately Neat Components don't take the packages from the Post . so the Ping Pong never ends . The Product is really good , but when you have a Problem, there is no customer Service . Order Nr. 35 525

First I asked the owner what would be the right mount for my bike since there wasn't much information on the exact seatpost type it got. After just one bussinesday I got a reply from hin pointing me out to the most likely mount to fit on my seatpost.

After I placed the order, it arrived just a couple of days later and the fitment on my bike is perfect. In terms of longevity, I can't make any comment yet as I only got it installed for about 4 Weeks now.

I'm confident it will do its' job for quite some time tough.
As of now, I can fully recommend NeatComponents to friends and bike folks.

I first ordered a Varia RCT715 mount for my BMC SLR01 in 2024 and it has worked out great. My only recommendation would be to improve the quality of the screws. The heads on the screws get stripped too easily and then it's difficult to get them out.

In mid 2025, I ordered another mount for my Tarmac SL8. After about 4 months of use the mount started to develop a crack and would no longer hold securely to the seatpost. The team at Neat Components sent me an updated version as a replacement. The replacement has been much better. I also experienced issues with the screws when installing. But, overall it has been a good experience and the customer service is great.

Didn't receive the right mount. Answer to clarification was appalling and obnoxious by the very owner.

Ich habe den Seatpost Mount for Canyon ultimate (2024) gekauft , passt perfekt, sehr gut verarbeitet.

Was happy with the product for one year. However, it broke afterward and they refused to send a replacement. It goes without saying that I won't be ordering from them again.

Købte en nummerholder til en Koga racercykel som knækkede efter et løb.

Det viser sig så at deres nummerholdere ikke længere passer med de nye numre som man bruger i Danmark i 2026.
Deres nummerholdere er lavet til den tykkere model man bruger internationalt og som man brugte i Danmark tidligere.
Dette bliver der desværre ikke informeret om på hjemmesiden.
Jeg har gjort opmærksom på at de burde informere om det på hjemmesiden men det ønsker man ikke.
Så vær opmærksom på at de nummerholdere der er lavet til specifikke sadelpinde ikke passer til de danske numre der bruges i 2026.

Jeg har desværre brugt 249 kr. på en holder der knækkede efter et løb, ikke passer til de danske skilte i 2026 og som jeg ikke kan få byttet på garantien.
