We also offer pickup winding wire in multiple insulation types such as plain enamel, heavy formvar, and polyurethane, available in different gauges. In addition to components, we support builders with tools and workshop essentials such as winding tools, assembly jigs, soldering equipment, and wax potting materials. We also offer humbucker kits and pre-assembled bobbins, helping both beginners and experienced builders streamline their workflow. While our core focus remains pickup building, we are gradually expanding into guitar electronics and luthier parts. This includes capacitors, switches, mounting systems, rings, and general guitar hardware, allowing customers to source multiple parts for builds and modifications from a single supplier. One of our key strengths is our in-house production capability. We are not limited to standard catalog products and can support custom components, small-batch production, prototyping, and project-based manufacturing. We recently had a temporary technical issue on the website after a Cloudflare update, which caused problems during checkout for some customers. This was resolved within 24–48 hours, and we did our best to help affected customers as quickly as possible.
We’re glad to hear that you were happy with our support, but we completely understand that ordering should work properly without needing assistance.
Regarding FedEx: we understand your frustration. For many regions, FedEx is currently one of the most affordable tracked shipping options we can offer, even though the pricing can still feel high. We are always looking into better shipping options, including possible alternatives such as postal point delivery, but we also have to balance cost, tracking, and international delivery coverage.
