Questionable customer service
Worked with customer service for my recent purchase including the White Glove service. After being convince to purchase the bundle I didn't realize the headboard I had in the original cart was not included. I called back and purchased the headboard but was told that since the headboard was a separate purchase the White Glove Service would not install it. What? I just dropped $4,400 including the $300 White Glove service and they can't attach the head board with 4 bolts? This was a mistake on Nectar customer service to begin with. They have me a $50 discount on the headboard but that doesn't help if you aren't able to lift heavy objects.

Order number N-16643305. I ordered this mattress on July 5, 2025, and it was delivered on July 9, 2025. I paid over $1,100 for it, including extended protection with Allstate. My partner and I unpacked the mattress on July 12, which was a Saturday. The first night was cool, and the second night was also cool. However, on the third night, I experienced pain while tossing and turning. Customer service claimed this is a medium-firm mattress, but I am pregnant and have scoliosis, which contributed to my back pain. My partner even commented that the bed felt uneven and softer compared to his firmer spring mattress.
The process to get a replacement was incredibly frustrating. They required me to measure the mattress, take pictures of it and the tags, and provide various measurements—unnecessary steps given that it had just been delivered. I barely had the mattress for a week, and it has been a terrible experience. The Nectar Premier mattress is not medium-firm; it feels incredibly soft, and I've begun to sink into it. I've had much better mattresses than this memory foam option.
Today, Sharetown came to pick up my mattress so I can get my refund of over $1,100. I plan to seek a mattress elsewhere because Nectar is not worth it. I would not recommend this company at all.

I let my New Premier Nectar mattress expand for 72 hours without being layed on. First, it never fully filled out leaving the outside liner lose on all corners and sides. Second, once i slept on the Nectar Premier mattress i found it to be quit comfortable for two days, then i noticed it getting lumpy and like it was separating leaving a dip in places. I weigh 205lbs and im 6'2" tall, and the only one on the mattress. Yes as they told me i was more than welcome to send it back. That is not a alternative for me because I'm a disabled veteran, and unable to even .ove the .mattress. I had the men that brought out the new recliner I bought set it up for me. I was generous a thankful they were able to help me out.I cant afford to have someone come to my house and somehow box it up. I have to save for my stuff. So 3 yrs later I still have a very bad mattress on my bed frame.

Told them what I wanted and they recommended a few options of a range of prices, which I bought was really nice and honestly a good selling point for why I should come back and purchase a mattress with Nectar. It didn't feel sales-y, it felt genuine. And the mattresses were all great! Loved that the whole store, super comfy too.
SCAM!
This company is a SCAM! While the mattress is fantastic, they are crooks with terrible customer support. I bought my mattress because of their current "summer sale" (which shows it has a few hours left at all times, and resets every few hours to make it seem urgent). They promised $500 worth of free accessories alongside my purchase, which was what made me buy from them. The accessories didn't ship with my mattress, which was weird, but whatever. We eventually followed up with the company and they said the shipment was cancelled as the items didn't actually exist to begin with. After many encounters with their customer service, they finally said they had gotten the accessories and were shipping them out. After they didn't arrive when they were supposed to, we contacted them again, and they said once again that they didn't actually exist. They finally gave us a $50 refund, on the $500 of accessories we paid for! So now we're basically out $450, and they are STILL offering this fraudulent deal on their website! The mattress is good, but I would never ever deal with these frauds again! Absolutely avoid at all costs!
I am extremely disappointed with my delivery experience
I am extremely disappointed with my Nectar delivery experience. I was told my mattress would arrive on a specific date, so I stayed home all day, only to find out it would be delayed to the next day. Once again, I waited all day with no update, and eventually discovered the mattress had been delivered to the leasing office after hours, which was closed.
No one contacted me with delivery changes or status updates. I had to find my own way to get the mattress from the office to my apartment, which was not easy. After all of this inconvenience, Nectar offered me a mere $50 and a sheet as an apology, completely unacceptable considering the time, stress, and effort this situation caused.
This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I expected much better service from a company that claims to value its customers.
Horrid quality, broken and unusable
Reached out to nectar regarding a broken bedframe. This is the 2nd bedframe that was sent to me, under warranty, as the first arrived damaged in the box.
The frame lasted 1 year, after which I had to buy metal feet on amazon to support the frame centrally. 1 more year later, the left-head side of the frame snapped and crashed down with us lying on top. The frame is poorly constructed with thin wood. The frame is completely disconnected from the headboard itself and needs to be supported up off of the ground with text books. I've reached out to nectar about their quality control, and they replied with a 1 sentence "Your nectar purchase is out of warranty, there's nothing we can do." This is unacceptable for a frame that runs upwards of $650.
The bed itself is comfortable, but doesn't fit into the king-size frame they provide you with. It therefore chronically bends and droops at the edges, and there's simply no proper way to it into the small frame.
Nectar is one huge mistake, and there's a reason they run massive discounts and cost cheaper than the bigger name companies.
Buyer beware. At a minimum, stay completely away from their frames.
Horrible Customer Service/Frame Shorter Than Mattress and they refused to exchange.
Horrible, horrible experience and will be returning mattresses due to customer service experience. Horrible/no customer service!!! Would have loved to keep the mattress because it does seem comfortable but will not keep with the current frame and want to spend my hard earned money with a company that respects me and my concerns.
Mattress frame received according to Nectar website was supposed to be 60x80 but actually measures 78 1/2 by barely 58. If they would have offered to exchange it as I asked they could have kept a customer now I am so upset about all the time wasted and rudeness received that I don’t want the damn bed anymore.
I spent 4.5 hours on the phone they require 15 different pictures that I kept having to resend because they didn’t like them. Not to mention I got disconnected twice and they didn’t call back even though I had been sending via email photos and sent my phone number.
On my third call I was told the bed frame is within acceptable measurement guidelines and they won’t replace. When I explained the shorter frame will create more opportunity for mattress to sag they said mattress is under warranty if that happens. We have two other adjustable frames and they all measure exactly the same size as mattress.
In addition, we initially also thought usb ports were missing and massage function didn’t work because the book received for the mattress frame was not for the mattress frame we apparently have. The usb ports were in a different place and massage function instructions did not turn it on but my husband was able to finally get it to work a different way.
Terrible Delivery Experience – No Apology, No Accountability
I ordered an adjustable base from Nectar and paid $199 for White Glove delivery. The delivery was scheduled for a specific day, and I cleared my schedule and stayed home all day—no one showed up, and I received zero communication.
I tried contacting the delivery partner (Hub Group) multiple times—automated phone lines, no live agents, no responses. After days of silence, they eventually reached out and completed the delivery, without even acknowledging or apologizing for the missed appointment.
I emailed Nectar directly multiple times to explain what happened and request a partial refund for the service I clearly did not receive—but they haven’t responded at all. I expected far better for a premium delivery fee and am incredibly disappointed by both the service and the lack of customer care.
I am deeply disappointed in the poor customer service and sharing my experience elsewhere so others know what to expect.

Update: After posting this review, Nectar finally responded to my emails. While I appreciate that they did reach out and address the issue, I still feel the situation should never have escalated this far. The resolution was acceptable, but the communication and delivery process were deeply frustrating. I’ve updated this review to reflect that they eventually made contact.

We bought a bed for my 84 year old mother 1 year ago. A month ago the bed stopped working, we called, we informed it was under warranty and they referred us to a service provider. That company proved to be hopeless. In meantime we diagnosed that the power supply was not working. Called Nectar to try to have this replaced - nightmare! Ended up buying the part for $20 from Amazon. No more Nectar beds for us.
Taking our business elsewhere.
We have had our nectar mattress since 2018. It started to compress/sag in the areas my husband and I sleep every night in probably 2023. We finally started to get back pain and do something about it now in 2025 seeing as nectar has a lifetime warranty. I contacted the company and they advised me to send pictures of the mattress and tag so they could see the problem areas. They replied to me within the hour and told me our mattress is not covered under warranty due to stains ON THE TOP PROTECTIVE COVER. These stains, mind you, are from normal body oils over time. But Nectar did not care to hear us out and simply stated that the “substance stains” could be breaking down the mattress foam so therefore they are voiding our lifetime warranty for good. WTF?! The pictures CLEARLY show the compression from where TWO BODIES LAY on both sides of the bed!! It’s like they’re looking for any little excuse to not send you a free mattress. My husband and I were prepared to also upgrade and pay the extra money for a hybrid mattress but after this experience we will sharing our terrible experience about nectar and finally taking our business elsewhere. If you intend on trying to use your lifetime warranty make sure your mattress is absolutely PERFECT before you send in pictures because Nectar is looking for any possible reason to nullify your warranty!

Avoid This Mattress If You Value Your Back!!!
I bought a hybrid Nectar mattress for $700 in March of 2023. It is now May of 2025 and my new Saatva mattress is scheduled for delivery today. Why
? Because that cheap Nectar mattress gave out about a month ago and my back is killing me. There is a huge sag in the middle and I can't get a good night sleep on it. Granted, it is on an adjustable base but that shouldn't matter according to their website. They say they will replace it if there is a particular number of inches of sag (2 inches I believe) but I am nowhere near that point. I'll be a cripple before I meet that criterion. By the way, I am 6 feet tall and 190 Lbs, nothing out of the ordinary. Quite frankly, the thought of having to fight for God knows how long to try and remedy the situation makes my head hurt. I am far too busy to deal with it. I need my sleep!
In addition to the horrible product, I discovered that II was not able to post a review on the Nectar website. This tells me that those ratings are false. So, bad product and blatant lying. Screw Nectar! You couldn't pay me to sleep on one of their trash heaps again. I'll post a review about the Saatva once it's broken in a bit.

We had our mattress for a couple of year we tried to make a warranty claim because the middle of the bed was sinking in when you lay on it and they voided the warranty because the bed had a stain on it and they voided the warranty definitely wouldn't recommend buying from these crooks
HORRIBLE customer service
This is my second Nectar order and LAST ORDER. This time, I ordered a bundle for my mom, for mothers day. Including a king mattress, headboard with frame and sheet set. The only reason I did not give it a one star review was because the mattress and sheets arrived literally next day after placing the order. However, the headboard with frame, has been lost in the mail. I've reached out to fedex, no help or response from them for days until i got an email stated they lost it and to reach out to nectar. So i did, I reached out to nectar FOUR TIMES and they will not send me a new one. On the fourth time of communicating with them, they told me they finally located my order and it went to California instead of to me (Wisconsin). I asked many times for this order to just be cancelled and a new one be over nighted to me and they refused because they have "trust" that fedex will get it to me. I'm so frustrated, aggravated and disappointed in the customer service ive been given and i STILL don't know if or when the frame with headboard will be delivered.
Extremely Disappointed – Repeated Mistakes and Poor Customer Service
I had high hopes ordering from Nectar, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. They’ve dropped the ball three times with my bed frame order:
1. They sent the wrong headboard.
2. After I explicitly told them to coordinate delivery because I wouldn’t be home, they went ahead and shipped a replacement without notice.
3. I called again and was assured it would be sent on a specific date—but the order never got processed.
To make matters worse, the headboard is heavy, and my elderly mother is the only one home. I now have to drive two hours just to receive it for her, because Nectar couldn’t get their logistics right.
After all this, the best they could offer was a $65 refund—which doesn’t come close to making up for the time, hassle, and repeated miscommunication.
I expected better from a company that positions itself as premium. I won’t be recommending Nectar to anyone.
I bought a Nectar mattress just over a year ago
I bought a Nectar premier hybrid mattress just over a year ago, lured in by all the hype about quality, comfort, and their Forever Warranty, I also bought the extra 10 year warranty. Fast forward to now: the mattress is sagging in the middle so badly that I literally roll into my partner while sleeping. It’s become so uncomfortable that I now wake up with consistent hip pain—something I never dealt with before.
When I reached out to customer support to file a warranty claim, they dismissed the issue as “normal wear and tear.” I’m sorry—but sagging to the point of body pain and disrupted sleep after only a year is not normal, especially not for a mattress that’s supposed to last a lifetime. Either the quality isn’t what they claim, or the warranty isn’t worth the words it’s printed in.
I feel completely let down by both the product and the customer service. Buyer beware: you may end up with a mattress that supports you for less than a year, and a company that doesn’t support you at all.
Absolute Horrible Experience.
Absolute horrible experience from the very beginning with delivery, setup, nightly sleeping (or lack of), and now trying to return it has been a nightmare.
From the start:
1) The delivery team left my items in muddy snow.
2) the power base was missing a power cord so it could not be operated.
3) i called about the missing cord and was directed to a different phone number where no one ever answers the phone. Note: cord is still missing.
4) it took almost 2 weeks for all of my boxes to show up. One box was "lost" during transit but was later found. Note: key box for being able to set up the frame.
5) finally get the base and frame and mattress all assembled and in place. Not even a month in and a squeak started when I would turn over at night.
Side note: I bought the mattress that was supposed to be supportive for back sleepers and it swallows me. My back isn't any better with this mattress, and it could be my dissatisfaction speaking but it kinda hurts worse. And I've been sleeping terribly with how much heat this mattress holds in. I'm constantly waking up to try to find a cool spot.
I was still very frustrated at this point and decided to leave it be. Nothing is perfect, right?
6) i recently discovered the frame is bulging as if it is going to buckle in 3 different spots.
7) I email Nectar because their website says "returns are as easy as an email.
8) 2 days later and i still don't have any acknowledgement of my email so I reach out to them again.
9) their reply is that the 365 return policy is only for the mattress & that the base and frame only have a 60 day warranty - which has now passed since I'm sitting at 91 days from the date of purchase.
So I am going to take another 2 days to calm down before I rip someone's head off in an email reply about this horrible experience that is half my own fault for not reaching out as soon as I heard the first squeak.
However, I will never buy another product from them ever again and I will never recommend them as a product for anyone else to buy.
Oh.
10) the sheets that i purchased as an "add on" item with the mattress, literally ripped apart when they got caught under me in the middle of the night and I tried to yank them free. Super thin and honesty, trash.
