Great Service
I rang up to book a service call on my Glasswasher, unaware that it was still under warrantee, as had been almost 2 years.
They reminded me it was a warrantee call out and got an engineer out promptly to resolve the issue.

Great Service
We have always used a famous German company for our glass/warewashers, but got annoyed by their exceptionally high call out charges and speed of service. We bought the glass washer first six months ago and have been very happy with it. So when I had another large call out charge I decided to invest in their top of range dishwasher which was keenly priced. I called on Monday and machine was installed by midday on Thursday. Excellent service

Impeccable and proactive
Spoke to Dana in the service team who identified my purchase almost immediately.
I asked for a quick turnaround and the response I got was extremely professional, fast-acting and just an all round 5 star service.
As head of procurement I deal with a lot of suppliers so when someone stands out like this they deserve all credit.

A great experience!
The whole process starting with the call-out right through to the fitting of the new machine went well. Everybody I spoke to came across positively and the engineer that fitted our new machine was great and got on with his job with the minimum of fuss.
