I ordered one of the cordless car vacs after seeing an ad on Facebook or Threads app to find it is coming from Yanwen in CHINA, yet the company say they are UK based.
So I email them to cancel it and get told they can’t cancel it.
So I emailed them …

Another Facebook scam ad as this is coming from china of all places.
You don’t tell people that on the ad do you.
Last thing that was tracked using 17track said it was delivered yet it never actually arrived and they wouldn’t tell me who was supposed to have delivered it or to where, luckily I got my
Money back as my card did a chargeback so no doubt this will be the same.
Where do you get the pics of all your non Chinese people from?

Horrendous- TAKE NOTE, read all reviews and do not buy this or any product from these people.
I purchased in good faith. On receipt I carefully opened the packaging and switched on, it was immediately apparent that the vacuum was very weak and not at all like as advertised.
Repacking as received, it took a while to establish that the returns process had to be activated by the seller; I described my disappointment in the product & finally receiving a response, together with an “extensive” document on word.
I completed the doc and returned the item to “Switzerland” (I didn’t see that one coming!) which was an additional, significant cost.
Following delivery & Numerous emails, I then randomly received an email from the courier confirming said product was being returned to me!
Chasing up again, I was informed that if I had read their returns policy, any product opened or switched on cannot be returned. There are so many holes in this statement, if only I had read their returns policy before I had purchased in good faith!!
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Their advertising is exceptional, however the product is inferior & their customer service is obtuse. Unlike me, please do not waste your money.

Very poor product and after sales

This vacuum cleaner exceeded my expectations. It’s compact but has great suction power. The build quality feels solid and it’s perfect for crumbs, pet hair and general mess. Definitely a must-have if you're on the road a lot.

Unfortunately the first vacuum I received was faulty, but I have to say the customer service was top notch. They sent a replacement the very next day and followed up to make sure everything was okay. The new one works great, I use it almost weekly!

Lightweight, simple to operate and surprisingly powerful for the size. Makes cleaning the car interior much easier. It doesn’t take up much space either, I just leave it in the boot. Excellent value for money.

The first unit I received had a small fault and didn’t turn on. I contacted the support team and they responded within hours. A new one was sent out straight away, no questions asked – brilliant service. The replacement works perfectly and I’m really happy with it.

I was genuinely surprised by the power of this compact vacuum. It’s ideal for quick clean-ups and gets into the tight spots easily. The cable is long enough, and the attachments are useful. Highly recommend for keeping your car tidy.

I fell for this scam. Car vacuum cleaner advertised on Facebook with a great Trust Pilot score. I received a cheap rubbish product, made in China, not the one in the video. Total scam. Had to give 1 star to write a review.

Absolutely disgusted. From your "truthful" (unlike the ones in your ad) reviews, it would apear that you are a bunch of scammers. I won't even try to apply for a refund cause I know it ain't gonna happen. Even if it does arrive, which I doubt, It promises to be a pile of cheap tat.

Sent a poor product - not the one we ordered. Refused to respond to emails asking for refund. Bank got involved and refunded us as company is a SCAM; and now they are laughably threatening legal action with flashing red letters and DIRE warnings.
AVOID this company. I also do not believe the 5* review at the top. looks too good.

There is no communication from them, I received some cheap copy that was noisy, with poor suction and did not have a blow function as the one in the video.
Requested a refund twice with no replies.

Parcel was delivered to the wrong address and although someone responded initially, nothing was done to either help me or refund me. Now silence!
I also got hold of EVRI who were the couriers and they we equally useless.
No product and money lost

It appears I'm yet another mug. Absolute rip off. At least I did finally receive a, so called D40 PRO Hand Held Vacuum, after a second time of trying, but it took forever and it is of very poor quality. The advert shows it to be great, but in reality, its rubbish. Nowhere on it does it say D40. There is no case and it just says 'Vacuum' on the cardboard box.
Like others, I've sent over 4 emails, but haven't received a reply. Very poor, none existent customer service, for a very poor product.
I've seen a new advert for the D80 PRO, but it's exactly the same avert as before.
If I could give half a star, I would.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT, NOR WITH THIS COMPANY.

Original Order never arrived. Have opened a dispute via my credit card company. Rec'd my money vack via credit card, but NeoDrive now threatening me with legal action! Have sent another 2 replacement items (car vacuum).
DEFINITELY NOT IN THE UK. Avoid and save your money.

Ordered Vac on 25 June, they keep telling me it is on its way. "Your Local Royal Mail will contact you", anyone who lives in UK knows how unlikely that is. EVRi app on phone shows they have a package, for me which has been "out for delivery today" this has been on the app sine 4th July, now 7th July.
NeoDrive claims to be a UK company not selling cheap Chinese ripoffs, the tracking information on EVRi shows this package originated in China, Obviously a SCAM company

I have sent 4 e mails asking to return the product. No reply. They are obviously scammers what a waste of my hard earned money

Rubbish product. Tools do not fit, and it doesn't work AT ALL when charged up. Contacting the company is impossible. No reply to emails. Looks like I've lost my money. Do not buy from them.
***UPDATE - finally got them to reply by email. I had to send a video of the fault. Then nothing, then an email saying a package was on its way (from China I think). I asked them what was happening, also asked where are they based and where was the package coming from. No reply. Further emails, no reply. They clearly don't like answering questions. A second vacuum arrived today. It works, but is cheap and nasty like the first one. It can vacuum up crumbs. I don't expect it to last long. Could be a great product, but it's low powered tat. Don't waste your money.

Faulty Neodrive Vacuum – Very Disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with the Neodrive vacuum I received. First of all, I feel like I’ve been scammed. The product has no logo like shown in the advertisement, and it came with the wrong filters that don’t even fit.
The suction power is terrible – this vacuum is advertised to be strong enough to hold a phone, yet it can’t even pick up dust! Absolute rubbish. I completely regret buying, don’t waste your money!!!

Came in a box without their branding, with Chinese symbols on it. Nothing against Chinese-produced products, but they obviously outsource and don't quality check. Utter crap - minimal suction. I have wasted £30. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
