Car vacuum. Absolute piece of plastic rubbish. Falls apart when trying to piece together. No suction whatsoever. Lucky if worth £3. Had to bin it

Was sent a non branded vacuum from China poor suction nothing like the ad. Absolute joke trying to return don't buy from this company.

Awful product sent- weeks to arrive, no neodrive branding at all, cheap and nasty product with barely any suction, no carry case, instructions entirely on Chinese. Don't waste your money.

Poor quality my hairdryer as more power tried to send it back they make it so difficult AVOID this robbing company not a British company to send it back you have to meet a criteria fill in on line which it doesn’t let you and it’s to be returned to Switzerland absolutely a joke of a company will never buy anything from these again

The company advertises as Brirtish. The car vacuum cleaner arrived after two weeks from China. Half of the attachments do not fit and the vacuum is weak. A cheap plastic item.

They claim to be a British Comany whereas, my vacuum arrived this morning, they are obviously Chinese. Nothing fits, even the filter so it cannot be used. I wished I'd seen these reviews before. I have emailed them for a refund and instructions for returning to an address in the UK. I don't hold out much hope.

I ordered a hand held vacuum cleaner. It arrived with attachments that don't fit and it wouldn't charge despite several attempts. I have contacted them to ask for an address to return the item and requested a refund as per their 28 day money back guarantee.
The email address is misleading. They are not based in the UK. My item came from China.

Terrible experience, ordered a ‘high quality’ mini car vacuum cleaner, waited over 2 weeks for delivery and when it did arrive it was cheap Chinese plastic, the tools supplied with it were impossible to attach to the unit. I was absolutely appalled at both the total lack of any personal service and am currently attempting to return this item and obtain a refund, although, not surprisingly this is proving to be quite a challenge. DO NOT BUY from this company, they are NOT UK based despite their efforts to portray that they are! Utter rubbish

This company advertises as a British company, and says it has thousands of Trustpilot reviews (Lies). I ordered what I thought was a premium hand held vacuum. What turned up was a cheap vacuum, i was also enticed to buy extra filters, the two filters that came with the item and the two further filters don’t even fit. I contacted them without any response, but they did respond when i put a dispute on the payment. They are now saying that i need to return the item to Switzerland at a cost of approx £14.00 and that they are going to take legal proceedings against me. Through some research there telephone number is in Kyrgyzstan. Do not buty anything from this company as the old adage says buyer beware.

No logo on the vacuum it's self...
Hardly any suction...
Made in Zhejiang, you advertise British in your Ad...
No proper warranty card...
On your web site it gives out links to click on for help etc and none of them work...
The instruction leaflet asks you to make sure you have electricity, it is cordless...Also no logo on it so could be any cheap vacuum
