Fitted a mixer shower that lasted all of about 4 weeeks. Then tried to contact them for a replacement and they have been terrible to get a response from, and are asking for me to take the shower apart and send photos of the cartridge etc.

Still waiting for my shower to be delivered, wich was suppose to be next day delivery, the tracking number doesn’t work at all, I have received my shower screen but no shower, tried getting in contact, ringing leaving numerous emails and messages but had absolutely no reply, the customer service is awful and my order seems to have disappeared and no one can tell me anything and no one is getting back to me.

£50 for a return!!!!!
Very poor service. Bought a bath panel via B&Q which was delivered from NES within a week. Upon receipt I realised it wasn’t the right fit. I contacted them (when around the block first) to be told my £45 item would be £50 to return!!
This is absolutely disgusting and their customer service is shocking.
I will never use them again or B&Q and will be taking the panel to my local store.
Avoid like the plague there out to scam you

Bought a toilet online from them, through bnq. They try to deliver without notifying me. Hence, no one was home. I try to contact them but it was impossible! I have not heard from them ever after...!!! No toilet, I lost my money and my time... never again!!!

Very impressed
Truthfully, I had a panic after I had placed the order because I had never heard of you and your products had no reviews. I worried I had been scammed. But then everything arrived in perfect condition with a friendly and helpful driver. The product quality seems just fine, the packing was professional and the price just couldn't be beaten. Very impressed!
New bath panel with access and storage
Saw this in amazon first then decided to look up the company, bought it from the company, it arrived on time, and it was exactly how it looked on the web site, it was very hard to understand the instructions, ended up having to get a joiner to fit it, now it's done I'm very pleased with the bath panel

Quick delivery, I hope they give good customer Service after sales too. After sales Returns are really stressful.

Very poor design and uninterested…
Very poor design and uninterested customer support. Shower controls broke, and the temp control handle attachment is crazy setup that I've never seen before. No spline, just a grub screw - inevitably it fails very quickly.

Items arrived on time, very well wrapped. The quality of all items is extremely good. We’re so pleased with our new bathroom and would recommend to future customers.

I was extremely worried after reading reviews on trustpilot, (after I placed the order!) vanity unit arrived around 12pm on the date they said it would, which was a Saturday perfect for me, I have checked it all but not assembled it, and all seems ok, the driver didn't call before arriving, and didnt ask for signature but took photos of the boxes, this was the cheapest I had seen for the same product sold elsewhere, I always got emails back when I asked a question, usually next day, so that could be improved, so I was very pleased to have a great experience, I think it's important for both bad and good experiences are shared, but most people only complain when they have a bad experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. Took a very long time to decide on the bathroom units I wanted and where to buy them from. I wish I’d seen reviews beforehand and avoided a lot of pain.
NES supply bathroom furniture for B&Q, so I wrongly assumed they would be good to deal with and supply nice items. That was a big mistake.
The vanity units I ordered turned out to be low quality, damaged and poorly manufactured, with obvious defects in the surface. Other items were not as ordered, not as shown online or not as described. I had to organise time from work for the delivery, so incredibly irritating as more time was needed for a return.
Communication was hugely frustrating and there were long delays between emails. The chat facility is never active, as mentioned by others.
I cannot fault the politeness of the person responding, but there were several days between messages and it took too long to collect my order and get a refund. Although I told NES that I wanted to return my order within 24 hours of delivery, it took well over 2 weeks to get things collected and sorted. Such a massive waste of time.
I’m under the impression that NES are overloaded with issues and have very few staff to offer any kind of proper service.
No communication for the last two days
No communication for the last two days, I have sent two inquiries about the delivery, but no one has responded. If I had read the reviews earlier, I would not have ordered anything from them. There is no contact telephone number. Only an online form. I do not recommend it.
Unfortunately, the order I placed was not for a small amount, and I am extremely disappointed.
Very poor design WC/Basin/Vanity unit + shocking after "care"
Ordered their WC and basin vanity unit and late arrival was only the start of problems. Two cabinets. One for WC to back onto was too narrow to access the flush pipe seal at the back of the WC. The other was a cupboard unit that had a false back which was supposedly to run a soil pipe behind but was too narrow. Various attempts to ask advice resulted in laughable suggestions (always from someone supposedly named Rachel) which were insulting as it was being fitted by two professional/ highly experienced plumbers. We had to redesign both units with bespoke parts made on site. If you are thinking of buying such a product, I suggest you may want to look at some other company.
Product great but needed next day…
Product great but needed next day delivery from Amazon, it arrived at the end (20:00hrs) of the following day. Delivery time is on New, transit time on Amazon.

Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing from them. Very poor Comms - always an excuse that doesn't quite answer your issue. Failed to deliver on time, but also failed to tell me they wouldn't be delivering - so a number of days wasted for a delivery that wasn't coming. Tracking was inaccurate also, indicating a delivery was due when it wasn't. After all of that me order had items with very obvious manufacturing defects - so why even send them... Now trying to get the defective items returned, but they are now responding much slower than previously, and seem to be acting a bit dumb. I would not recommend this company at all.
