Everything ok haven’t fitted it yet but looks good I made a mistake on my order and they eventually rectified it only complaint is they are very hard to get hold of the phone number doesn’t work and the reply to emails was very slow

Easy to order on the website but delivery is not so good. No update to tell me when the goods would be delivered. Downloaded the app to track the shipment but it never told me anything except shipment being prepared. They turned up and luckily I was in and it sounds like other customers experienced the same on the other deliveries they'd made before mine. Not good.

The right product at a great price prompt delivery

It has now been 2 weeks since I got in touch about a faulty part. The company has offered to send me a replacement part (after multiple messages and repeated requests for photos already sent), however 2 days on and they haven’t confirmed that the part had been dispatched / will be dispatched. Customer service is incredibly slow - do not buy from here if you can avoid it

Not trust worthy dodgy company, I bought item from them, they didn't deliver on time and they don't reply you at all. Very fake company. BnQ shouldn't allow them to use their page.

I ordered a shower screen and chaos ensued. The courier phoned to say the screen had arrived at their depot damaged and that they were returning it.
One week later I messaged NES to ask when i could expect my shower screen.
I received a reply saying it had been delivered and attached a photo of an obviously broken shower screen in a warehouse together with a delivery note marked ‘returned’. The courier confirmed they had returned the item and had received an acknowledgment it had been received by NES. I followed up and received an email apology and advice that they would send a replacement. I asked when and received an email saying the same thing. I then received an email saying I was getting a refund- even though I hadn’t asked for one. This was followed by an email saying as their accounts department was issuing a refund they would cancel my replacement but if I wanted I could reorder.

Can’t fault the toilet, basin and basin unit. However, the bath looked like an unfinished, rough, discoloured refurbished old one, with marks on it. Won’t be using them again

Great products that gave us an easy to install experience

I bought a vanity unit for a bathroom through B&Q and NES homes were a third party vendor. Initially the communication was poor with no indication of a delivery date, until the day of delivery The toilet pan was leaking on installation and immediacy removed (obviously!)

On reporting the fault NES homes requested photos of the product for investigation.

The leaking toilet was immediacy replaced with a toilet bought locally… because I need a toilet to use!

The toilet is now back in the box awaiting collection

I have had to pay the plumber twice (fit, remove and fit a replacement) and buy a temporary toilet so I am almost £450 out of pocket.

My question is!!

Why do they need photos to investigate?
Why would I remove the toilet if I didn’t need to? Why would I fit a toilet that doesn’t match the vanity unit?what do they expect to see on the photos (it’s a back to the wall toilet, no pipework is visible)

As far as the rest of the suit goes, it’s okay, I feel it’s slightly over for what it is.

Received the hinge repair plate kit. It was supplied with wood screws for all fixings including the metal bracket holes. The plate is very thin so it is totally pot luck if the wood screws actually tighten into the metal plate. It should have self tapping screws for those two holes with a slightly thicker bracket. Customer services tell me there is nothing incorrect! Would not recommend the kit or the company

I wish I’d found this site earlier as I’d been disappointed with other companies. They were very helpful when I was getting closer to the deadline to having all the necessary bathroom items for the workers who were arriving in two days. Items were very reasonable and often cheaper but still good quality. Delivery was fast and drivers very courteous. All you could expect for good customer service. I would recommend them.

Bought a toilet suite and shower tray.

The quality of the toilet seat and flush was poor and I tried to rate the product on the website so other people know; but was blocked from leaving a review.

The soft close on the seat is broken and the flush jams in, wasting water. I am still awaiting replacements - I was unable to pay to upgrade to something of better quality; so expect another poor quality item to arrive eventually and have no confidence that it won't fail too.

The shower tray was not removed from the packaging within 30 days as the plumber was unavailable. It was in clear plastic packaging and no visible damage was evident. I kept it in the protective packaging until it could be professionally installed; but the plumber discovered the tray was curved, not flat, when he opened it. I called NES but no-one answered the phone - got a full voicemail box. I tried chat but no-one was available on the chat. I emailed and only got a reply after 2 days. They refused to refund me for the tray and are saying I must pay £50 to get a replacement delivered and the faulty one collected.

I will never buy from them again. A shocking service compared to a company like Victorian Plumbing. Too much of a risk if anything is faulty and a reasonable remedy is needed.

Decent delivery time, I had a couple of questions back and forth about some measurements, which they answered for me, TY.
Would recommend.
