Avoid, damaged items, zero reply, hoping Klarna will refund me! Shocking service, phone number doesn’t work! What a joke!

I bought a wall hung toilet with a 10 year warranty and one of the plastic nuts was packaged broken. And when I asked for a replacement nut I was told I would have to purchase a whole new pack of fixings because I exceeded the 30 day returns period. I then bought the pack of fixings which turned up rusted and didn’t even fit to the toilet I bought. I had numerous emails with their customer service team and it’s possible the worst service I have ever come across. Would avoid at all costs.

Fantastic customer service

Purchased 4 shower panels from NesHome.
Delivery was left outside in the garden, so I was unable to check the items before accepting them.
The first panel I opened was found to have 2 areas of significant damage on the top edge, so I decided against opening any of the other packages.
I emailed NesHome immediately to request the Return of my delivery for a full refund, as per their Damage/Returns policy.
To date, I have still received no response from their Customer service department, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email.
I have now sent 2 further emails still without reply.....
***Poor quality, damaged goods and zero Customer Service, do not waste your money buying from this Company!!!***

I bought a black bidet hose for my new bathroom and when the plumber opened it up the discs were scratched and also the paint coming away from the sprayer. The plumber actually though it was a used item by looking at it. I didn't have time to mess about so the plumber touched up the discs with black pen and fitted it, was working fine then a few days after the spring went on the sprayer so I contacted them and just told them the whole situation, I disnt even get an apology just to sent photos and a video of proof which I did but the video wouldn't send on email but sent the photos so I asked if I could send the video on another format but was just sent the exact same email to send it again and not acknowledging the fact the video was too big to send and tried to shorten it still no success. I wasn't even asking for the whole thing replaced which I shouldve really just asked for a new sprayer. Anyway I had no success and ended up buying a new sprayer myself off of amazon and wish I bought my bidet from there as I wouldn't of had a proplem with amazon for refund! So if you're buying a bidet i would reccomend amazon certainly wouldn't use this company again!

Prompt & efficient delivery of a quality product

Dreadful company. I bought a toilet with back-to-wall unit from Nes via B&Q and when it came time for the plumber to fit it, the fixings for the toilet pan and seat were not included. So the installation could continue, I had to buy the fixings for the pan but when I requested Nes to send the fixings for the toilet seat, they would only do it if I paid a further £15. Appalling customer service and now that the toilet is installed, it sprays water out of the bowl whenever it flushes. Will need to be replaced.

Useless company. First they sent me the wrong size bottle trap. Offered me a 15% refund to keep it but that didn’t cover the extra parts I needed to buy.

To make life easier I bought the parts and kept the wrong size bottle trap to save time and get the job done for my customer.

When I went to install I noticed one of the washers was missing. sent images to show the missing part. They sent back my image with an arrow saying this is the washer. It’s clearly not. That is the plastic tube inside the bottle trap.

They have wasted so much of my time due to their incompetence, and still no resolution.

Not the quickest of deliveries, plus I had to chase for a delivery date as my phone call to the customer service department No. on website was not answered nor a call back. Goods did arrive though and they are fine, so in the end all ok.

Panels arrived quickly and look good, though we won't be fitting them for a week or so.

Would give zero stars if I could. I bought a bathroom suite thinking it was B and Q( wonder why they are putting their name to these bandits). I admit I had the suite for a bit over 3 months before the work started in the bathroom but when we open the box the side panel was badly damaged. Sent all relevant pictures and they will not give me a replacement.Do not buy off this shit show of a company customer service is lacking in any moral compass.

Ordered some bits, they sent the wrong ones, and its taking over a week to get the right ones sorted, even though they claim to have same day delivery. customer service is poor, and its hard to get hold of anyone

Ordered a NESHOME shower through B&Q site. Wrong one delivered. Ordered from NESHOME a second time through B&Q site. Again wrong one turned up. Sick and tired by this time but gave it another chance and ordered it again from NESHOME. Yip, wrong one again. Each time returned it to B&Q and got a refund every time. The shower was clearly pictured and measurements were clear on the advertised pictures and diagrams.
I explained all 3 times to B&Q what was happening but nothing changed. Luckily I was able to refit the old shower each time. You just kept sending me the wrong shower. What a hassle. Very disappointed.

I ordered a pair of wall mounted taps from Nes Home on B&Q's Marketplace on 2nd Sept, which was marked as next day delivery. The taps didn't arrive the next day and it was only when I contacted the seller to state this that they said a delay had occured. They arrived 3 days late, by which time I'd purchased alternatives. They said to return them for a full refund, which they received on 11th September, yet despite contacting them several times, a refund was never forthcoming and I had to pursue this via PayPal who organised a refund nearly 2 weeks after the taps were delivered.

I bought 80cm basin cabinet and toilet with cabinet. Very high recommend excellent quality and condition. Nothing wrong with them I am very happy with my item and delivery fantastic fast delivery. Just make sure add wast with them. Up to you add tap or not . Me I didn’t add wast and tap took me long time to buy correct size . Anyway trust them

Very well packaged. Great item. However, no assembly instructions or fitting kit included. Had to improvise

WC delivered damaged. After a week and many emails still no replacement. Hopeless.

Garbage didn't even receive my order. Kept fobbing me off for days before I got a refund
