Do not trust NEU apparel, it took me 3 months to get my order and then things were wrong with it and they wouldn’t let me send any of it back as the ‘28’ day deadline had passed as the order got processed and was classed as being sent but didn’t arrive to me until 3 months later so had an incorrect date on the package for delivery. I thought this could’ve been a one off bad experience so I ordered again and a similar thing happened. Never ordering again there are far better fitness brands out there anyway.

I’m still waiting for my package. It’s been 6 months. Very sad :(
And there’s no way to contact customer service. It’s a shame.
I wish I had someone to talk to, so we can fix it.

I ordered leggings and a pull over top from this company back in November and still haven’t received the parcel or a refund. I’ve wasted so much money which is gutting.

For anyone wanting their items I had the same issue last year didn’t get anything until I looked up the ceo on LinkedIn and got my order eventually. I dunno if this will work for you but thought I’d put it out there x disgusting company should be ashamed of themselves.

Took my money. Never sent my products. Ignored all emails.

No wonder this company is 2 stars out of 5 would give it 0 if I could. It’s a damn shame that I have to go on trip advisor to see if I can get a response from Neu apparel. I ordered a pair of leggings on the 04/01/2022 and have not received my order. When sending countless emails I have not received a response. The tracking number provided is invalid so I cannot even locate the whereabouts of my parcel and if I’m being honest, I don’t even think it was sent. Get back to me ASAP for a refund. Appalling service.

DISGUSTED. I placed an order before christmas and explicitly paid for express delivery to arrive in time for the holiday. It has now been almost 2 months - no response and no order. I am absolutely furious. I am a student and this company has scammed me of my money. It is illegal behaviour.

Used to order from here all the time and never had any problems. Orders usually took a bit longer than the stated delivery time but always turned up so was never a huge issue. Placed two orders in November and December and neither turned up. turn out the company shut down all of a sudden and didn't fulfil the orders! had to go through the bank and write a letter to try and claim money back but it's still on going. DO NOT ORDER

The company have ceased trading in late October from what I can work out from other Trust Pilot reviews. Yet they still advertised a huge sale well into January. After requesting a refund from them 10 days after I placed my order when I realised, they sent an automated email advising they had ceased trading and to contact my bank for a refund. I have spent over an hour on the phone to my bank trying to issue this. Thank you so so much for wasting my time and leaving me £80 out of pocket. Disgusting. You have taken peoples money knowing full well your company no longer exists. You have taken peoples money knowing full well their goods would never arrive to them and you would never issue them a refund. I’m genuinely furious.

Made an order during the black friday period. Received no correspondence so I emailed them and they said they would ship in a week. As the months went by I continuously emailed them asking for updates and was met with auto replies. Today I have emailed again and received a reply saying they have ceased trading and I must go to my bank provider for a refund.

Ordered in early December 2021, never shipped. Contacted them many times without a single response. I filed report on PayPal. They didn’t respond. PayPal is taking 5 days to investigate, and I requested for refund. It happened in the past, but their customer service ppl at least got back and refunded me. But this time, they are MIA.

Have bought from this company numerous times as my daughter loves the gym wear,unfortunately an order placed on 29 Nov as a Xmas gift has not arrived and iv had no response from numerous attempts!

I ordered from NEU back on the 23rd Nov and nothing has arrived, I have had no dispatched email or responses to my multiple emails. After seeing their Instagram has been deactivated I reached out to Rebecca Scott the founder of the company who was pretty rude and told me to get money back from my bank as the company is no longer trading and yet she continued to take orders until Jan 2022 knowing they hadn’t fulfilled orders from Nov 2021. Luckily I payed PayPal so I have opened a dispute and should hopefully get my refund via PayPal.

Incredibly disappointed with how this company has handled the situation.
I placed two orders, one on 26/12/21 and 03/01/22 and as you have guessed - neither have arrived.
When I tried to reach out to the company, I received no response and discovered their Instagram had been deleted. I eventually got a response from the company, stating that they had to cease trading. When I asked about refunds, I was told to go through the bank as this was something which had happened unexpectedly and they had little time to react - I don’t believe this in the slightest!
As it appears they have failed to fulfil orders from October/November, so must have known the business was failing but continued to accept orders. They also continued to advertise a “Warehouse Sale” up until early January 2022.
I am utterly disappointed by this company and with how they have handled the situation. I feel they have been dishonest and manipulated their customers. I have reported the company and owner to Trading Standards and ActionFraud

If only you could give 0 stars. After placing an order on 29.10.2021 and emailing on multiple occasions have now received an email to say they are ceasing trading. Incredibly disappointing.

I have complained to the Frauds department and I encourage you all to do so as well on the Gov website. You can get the company info on Companies House.

Just going to add to everyone else’s comments, I’ve ordered with them in the past and absolutely love my set and wear it all the time. I bought a set for my sister in the Black Friday sale for Christmas which I was charged for and never received, which after coming on here I now know why! Utterly disgraceful behaviour from them not letting their customers know or doing the right thing and refunding customers if they knew their order wouldn’t be fulfilled.

UPDATE!!! Today I received my order after 1,5 month, One of the clothes comes in wrong size but other things are ok.

I ordered something on 29.11.2021 and still didn’t get my purchase. I paid by card, what can I do to get my refund???.. and what’s going on with this brand? What’s happen? Anyone knows?

Total scam. I purchased three sets, never got them. The site has gone offline and they have deactivated their instagram
