After wanting some leggings for ages I decided to purchase from Neu apparel. I ordered two pairs at the beginning of May.. I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed twice and was assured I would be contacted and yet I’ve heard nothing. I paid nearly £80 for absolutely nothing. I’ve had to email a third time asking for a refund which I doubt I will get any time soon. Beyond disappointed and would advise not ordering from this company

Pre ordered a legging and bra set but had an awful experience. Absolutely no communication unless I got in touch and when I had a response it was very vague, generic and unhelpful. I got told three times, three weeks apart that my order would be shipped that week.
When my order finally arrived I was really impressed. The fit is amazing and the quality is exceptional. But the customer service experience has really marred how I feel.

Love Love Love my new set, I have been following NEU for a while and i'm glad i finally made my first purchase.

Great fit and the quality seems really high also.

I will 100 percent be recommending to my girls.

I will say that their active wear is BEAUTIFUL! However it did take 2 months to arrive due to issues on their end that they were honest about however I had to continuously ask for updates, it would have been nice to have received these updates from them without asking. Also, rarely do I find squat proof leggings and this may be a personal issue but I found that the leggings were not squat proof on me :( but if they were I DEFINITELY would have kept them.

Don’t bother wasting your time because they sure will waste yours. Apparently only 2 people work customer service!! So they’re “sorry they can’t get back to you in time” that’s not our problem hire more people!! Worst company experience ever! I’m still waiting for my item to arrive for over 15 days and according to their tracking 2-5 days I should have received it! Yet they took my money and the 18 for shipping but no email with my tracking number! Annnd they sent me a review email to review the items I have NOT gotten. Unbelievable. Seriously this is my first and my last time EVER everrrr ordering from this place. Proceed at your own financial risk.

I have now been waiting since the 10th June fir my parcel to arrive. I have been lied to regarding delivery dates and am waiting a response for a full refund.

Unbelievable customer services. AVOID!!!!!

This was my first order with NEU and overall, I have been impressed with the brand.

Great quality clothes and i really liked that they used non plastic packaging.

I did have a little delay with my delivery, but this was communicated to me, It turned out they have had an issue with their supplier not delivering on time and they are in the process of changing supplier.

I will be placing future orders with NEU.

I ordered the set of orange gym wear well over a month ago. I had no dispatch email so after two weeks I gave NEU apparel an email where I was told that I had pre ordered (however nothing stated that when ordering) and that because they have a small amount of staff to be patient. I messaged again a week or so later, same reply and today without my consent I have been refunded as they don't have the stock.

WASTE OF TIME!

Their leggings are amazing quality, gorgeous designs and really fit well! 10/10 on that front but…

NEU sort your pre order system out! I bought one pair on pre order in the Forrest green and one black pair which was not on pre order. Black leggings don’t arrive so I contact them and apparently I have to wait so both items go out together. Which I think is fine (not great customer service when I’d paid for next day delivery so maybe state that somewhere) but got on with it. Leggings didn’t arrive after their pre order date emailed about a delay- which frankly isn’t my problem. 5 weeks later still not a single pair of leggings. After hounding the email team I managed to get a refund for the pre order leggings and my black leggings did come (6 weeks after I’d paid) after threatening to report them to the FCA.

Don’t buy the pre order!

I ordered for the first time and I wasn’t disappointed the leggings are so flattering and the colours are lovely. This won’t be the last time I order definitely worth the money although I got my bf Billy to buy them lol

Lovely Products, I was really impressed with the quality and design.

I received my items quickly and I was happy with the service.

This was my first order with NEU, but I believe it won't be my last.

I've bought several times from NEUapparel, I really love the quality of my leggings and top. The ethos of the company is great too! Love love love their stuff! Delivery is always quick and comes in these nice recyclable bags.

Amazing gym clothes and fab customer service. I emailed support before I purchased the leggings to get advice about sizing, Carla was very helpful.

Ordered some lilac leggings for my girlfriend, very fast delivery and an all round great customer experience, will definitely buy again and recommend to others.

Appalling service. A complete SCAM. They charge you for postage and do not send your things for about a month after payment. They do not contact you back and are extremely unhelpful. Their excuse was they “only have 2 members of staff in the warehouse”.
The products are good but simply not worth it due to their customer service and time it takes to receive the item.

Took way too long to be delivered and couldn’t contact any of the support services.

My order took over 5 weeks to arrive ( the money for my order came out within 5 days) due to a mishap with their stock, by the time my order was processed one of the items had ran out and I had to be given a refund. COVID has caused a disruption across the retail industry which I understand however for a first time purchase with a new brand it didn’t give a good impression and I won’t be purchasing again.

My order was complicated so I will keep the review short. I advise anyone who orders to be aware that their shipping is not the best. My order took close to a month to be fulfilled. Even though I ordered items that were in stock, the support team said that they were on back stock. Support also took a long time to email a reply to my help requests. All of this aside, the clothes are fantastic. They’re super flattering, comfortable, cutely designed, and high quality. The butt scrunch leggings look amazing on me and the sports bra has adjustable straps and removable padding! Love it.
