Clear communication and good response time

I am 75 years old and like most of my peers I have begun to experience concerning cognitive changes such as difficulty with name recognition, general recall and difficulty retaining recent memories. This is especially concerning considering my mother's history of Alzheimer's Disease. As a retired family physician I began to review the available studies and noted most were testing the effectiveness of Cannabidiol (CBD) on cognitive function. Though I feel I have definitely had benefit from the use of their product I would not presume to recommend it to others for the reason I am using it as I feel this should be discussed with an individuals healthcare provider. But I feel confident in recommending Neurogan to those who are looking to use a quality CBD product.

First off - the GHK-CU Nasal spray changed my life. My hair and skin are loving it.

Second - when I accidentally damaged the bottle for my spray, their customer support agent, Nichole, was so kind and helpful in sending out a replacement quickly.

First off this company as a whole is exceptional. Fast email responses every single time and very helpful. Now to the product- even more exceptional. Seriously. My son and I both have sleep disorders and conventional medicine alone just isn’t working. I started taking CBC along with CBN and I am now getting a consistent 5 hours of core sleep. Which is a huge huge improvement from 2. I also got a free sample of CBD with my first order. I have tried many CBD formulas and this is the first one I have actually noticed a difference with. I tried their gummies and they just weren't strong enough, although they tasted superb and were packaged quite well. I really wanted for them to work, but my brain has some serious issues.....lol

Good products, but problems w/ sending the correct order. Then, after it was sent back, waiting for the refund. This is week 2 after telling me last week it would be "5-7 days." Constant follow up. Why would a company want to run like this?

I began using 3000 mg CBN gummy, as was augmenting this with 100 mg CBD, from another source that I had purchased prior to discovering Neurogan.
Therefore, the last 2+ months I have been taking 1-100 mg CBN gummy from Neurogan, and 100 mg CBD oil from another source before bedtime. What is most important is that I had been using the CBD oil from the other source for several months with no significant benefit. Within 30 days of adding Neurogan CBN (3000 mg bottle) gummy, I am sleeping for the first time in 3 years!
I now have my 85 year old Mom taking just the CBN gummy and her sleep is vastly improved in 1 week!
Lastly, she has bone on bone in both knees, so I have placed a monthly subscription for both of us consisting of CBD/CBN gummy, and RSO capsules for her knee pain. Thank you Neurogan, 'tis a miracle!

I have had insomnia for years and take prescription drugs and had to recently add melatonin. I was very excited to see such high doses of CBN so I tried the sleep gummies. They are very tasty and I believe it’s a good quality product, but I think CBN just doesn’t work for me unfortunately. I tried mixing them with my other meds, replacing and tried them alone but it didn’t help me to sleep. So I messaged the company and they offered to refund my purchase or they gave me the opportunity to try some drops - CBN & CBD. I chose the drops. I was rethinking my choice as I thought it wouldn’t work for me so when it got delivered I didn’t open it but instead wrote the company and asked if I can send them back unopened and receive my refund instead. They actually sent me a prepaid shipping label and agreed to let me send back the unopened pkg and get my refund. This is superior customer service - especially these days. This company has responded to my questions and concerns right away and have not ever disappointed. My only disappointment is that it didn’t work for me. I’d definitely recommend anyone with sleeping problems to give this brand a try.

I have a spinal cord injury,osteoporosis, degenerative disc disease, IBS and a lot of arthritis. Neutrogan has a product for all my needs. I use a combination of CBD Oil 12,000 and CBD Lotion 16,000 to topically rub into my feet each day for Neuropathy pain relief. I take one CBD Gummy Extra Strength 7,050 each night for Insomnia. I have been using these products for several years because it works!!!

Bait and switch. Quoted one price for subscription but reorder was at a much higher price. Not customer friendly.
