I payed money and 2 weeks I don't have a document , nobody responded by my email and phone !!! Where I can find them ?

I used this service twice now and both times they delivered fast and you have good communication with the service team so you feel well looked after.

The translation were paid and requested for what they call "same day". However, they took over 1 day to provide the documents.
Day 1: request for pricing
Day 2 10:50: payment made
Day 3 20:55: translations received for review only, not originals
They said end of business day, but documents sent out for review at 20:55

Please DO NOT WASTE your money. £120 to the bin!

I paid £51 for next day delivery by post for translation of Polish birth certificate. I am waiting for them to respond. Error in translation. I needed by today to send to the passport office. NOT happy

Paid extra for next day service - 3 days in still don't have my translation which resulted in me using another company's service which was 40% cheaper.

They originally sent a copy with so many mistakes and typos including key names etc., which I gave them a list for correction. They send a 'corrected version' which was exactly the same then when I followed up, there were no reply to my messages and phone calls. In the end I received it too late.

Certification also didn't have any registration number etc as other companies have, I don't know if this would be accepted in formal applications.

Really bad service - I paid for translations and an Apostille. Got the translation sent to me with a few mistakes but never received the Apostille which was expensive. I have tried emailing and calling but have no response at all. Going to report them to trading standards

I have use their service twice to translate several documents in German language to English. I have so far been very pleased with their service.

Disappointed with the level of service I received.
Firstly the original document had several errors - namely the spelling of our names and place of birth.
Secondly, once this was rectified, the accompanying letter did not reflect the changes and the above mentioned mistakes were still showing on the letter.
Thirdly - I have yet to receive the hard copy that I requested, and paid for

I had a good experience using Newcom group. They gave me a competitive quote. I needed French tax papers translated which was a lot of pages and with technical jargon. They delivered as promised. I was able to review it and I had the translation within a few days. The communication was good and they met my needs. I would use them again if needed.

not great service, they were quick in taking the money but I had to verify their translation, there were mistakes, luckily I speak both languages so I could spot the mistakes, then I was supposed to get the document by post within 3 days, I had to chase for a week ....

I contacted Newcomgroup for a certified translation from Spanish to English required by Social Work England. John Zerna was highly professional, and I was impressed by his prompt initial response. The quality of the translation was excellent and met all necessary standards.

However, despite being advised that the translation would be completed within two days and making full payment on Monday I did not receive the final document until Thursday around 1:00 PM, after following up multiple times. This delay caused significant stress, as I was very close to missing an important deadline.

I would still recommend this company for the quality of their translations and professionalism, but I would caution others to plan ahead and not rely on tight turnaround times, as their time management may be inconsistent.

I googled Professional Certified Translation companies and found this one . I had a quick response from the Newcom Group through email. The Group gave me quick advice and sent me a draft of the document and were able translate my German document into English and send it back to me within a week. I speak fluent German and English. But I needed the German document professionally translated. And the Newcom Group translated everything perfectly.

This company provided an online quotation which virtually doubled in cost when a sales representative subsequently telephoned.
An important email requesting whether their translation service met a Government criteria was ignored. I took my business elsewhere!
