First time using NewCom and needed documents translated urgently, dealt with there agent named John Zerna who was outstanding from the first enquiry to receive documents, was a very stressful time for me due to the urgency of the documents but John was able to help and guide me through every question and detail I asked, the operations team did give us a slight delay but when emailed John he was able to deal with this and get my problem sorted. One thing I will say is the operations team seem to work late because I didnt receive my draft documents until 11pm so you just need patience when waiting for documents, I would 100% use this company again

This company does not answer its calls, does not respond to text messages, and does not respond to email messages. I sent in my documents for translation, and they had promised to take 3 days. On the third day, I received no document from them, so I emailed them, but I got no response. On the fourth day, I emailed them again, called them, and sent a text message, but still received no response from them.
The worst company to deal with. They only respond quickly at the beginning to get your money after you have paid, but are not reachable afterwards. I started wondering if they are fake or fraudulent.

Absolutely terrible service, please don't use this company.
They answered pretty quickly for the quote and payment.
Then when it came for the actual translation they take ages to reply,and then after all that they sent a draft with horrible mistakes, they actually got my last name wrong!! They didn't stick to the turnover time, they are still ignoring my emails, it's been a horrible experience so far. And I am still waiting for my document. It would be a huge gamble if you decide to use their services.
