New Rock Boots And Shoes 

5 months after buying my pair one of the metal pieces broke, the rubber sole tore, and the zip stitching was undone...I want my money back, they were very expensive for shoes with such a terribly bad quality.

The boots they offer, while visually appealing, don't last long (mine lasted only half a year of wearing, even after thier sole has been replaced after about two months).
Thinking it's my fault I decided to ask before ordering new ones and have not received any reply after almost two weeks to a mail I have confirmed as received by remote server.

Bin noch nie so abgezockt worden.
Meine bestellten Stiefel für 240€ hatten ein billiges vernarbtes Leder, statt Glattleder und sie sahen anders aus als auf dem Foto.
Grobe Verarbeitungsfehler und der linke Schuh sah anders als als der Rechte. Ein Minderwertiger Schuh wurde mit falschen Fotos teuer verkauft!!
Der Kundenservice schrieb plötzlich nicht mehr, nachdem sie mitbekamen, das ich die Stiefel zurück senden wollte.
Obwohl NewRock mit problemloser Rücksendung wirbt, war das unmöglich!
Ich habe sie trotzdem nach Spanien zurück verschickt und NewRock hat die Annahme verweigert!!!
Eine einst so große Firma, die jetzt hochkriminell und unseriös geworden ist. Die alten NewRock gibt's nicht mehr. Kann jeden nur empfehlen, Finger weg von NewRock!!!

Grauenvolle verarbeitung, total billig. Leider ist auf der Seite keine genauere Anweisung wie ich die Schuhe zurücksenden kann. Es wird auf einen link verwiesen, der nicht da ist.
Ich bin verzweifelt, weil die Schuhe echt teuer waren.
Bei meinen Freund waren die Schuhe zudem innen schon kaputt.

Einen Monat später haben wir unser Geld immer noch nicht zurück. Wir werden uns jetzt an den Verbraucherschutz wenden.

The new rock shoes store in Camden Town shouldn’t be allowed to be up and running, as their prices in store are more expensive than online purchasing. As they charge you more than the item retail cost. A shoes that normally would cost you £150-160 they will try to sell them for £350-450 and because nobody really knows the real prices of this boots they usually buy them for lack of knowledge. Please avoid purchasing there. Only go there to try your sizes if you have doubt but always shop them online as they are way cheaper.

Unglaublich dreist was sich der Kundenservice erlaubt. Qualität ist so unsagbar schlecht nach 2 mon sind Teile der Sohle abgefallen und der Kleber hat sich gelöst.Schon 10 emails Geschrieben kam ein mal ne Antwort und dann nichts mehr.., richtige abzocke

I've had my boots for about 10 years at this point, and still no issues with them. Fantastic quality - just about the only brand I know that makes this sort of footwear in actual proper quality

Ordered shoes over a month ago and havent heard any news or updates on my order. Tried to get in contact sending emails asking on an update but i have never heard back at all. I love the design of the shoe however paying this much for the shoes to have to wait so long is not what you want.

I wear my Tank boots quite often and they're amazing (white and pink high tops). No issues with them. They look badass!! The only thing I'd say is that they have a built in arch support that kind of hurts my feet after a while. I would have preferred if they were flat inside and I could put my own insole in. For the price it'd be nice if the leather was a higher grade– it's genuine leather. Again no issues or anything breaking they're just very expensive and a higher quality leather would be appreciated. The whole experience cost me about $500CAD but no platform seperation or any parts breaking.

Edit: Had em for years and they're still in FANTASTIC shape! :)

I ordered a pair of boots for my fiancé that he’s been wanting for years. They were over $400USD. He hasn’t even worn them out of the house yet, and in less than 24 hours, an eyelet broke. I know it’s small, but for the amount I paid, nothing should be breaking, especially in less than a day. I reached out, and they sent back a return label and even scheduled a pickup without informing us, or without answering my question on whether this was going to be a replacement. I’ve emailed several times now and am still waiting for a response. I wish I read these reviews before I made the purchase. Completely disappointed.

took over two and a half months to receive an update that my boots would take an extra month or so to ship due to “unexpected delays.” took them over two and a half months to give me the first update on their status since buying them. support teams needs to be reworked, you probably won’t get a response for weeks.

Ich habe 3x bestellt und war letztendlich nie ganz zufrieden.

Ein Mal wurden mir nur eines statt zwei Schuhpaaren geschickt. Glücklicherweise ließ sich das klären, trotzdem ärgerlich und unnötig.

Ein anderes Mal waren die Schuhe voller Macken und Knicke. Der Kundenservice versicherte mir, das „gehöre“ bei diesem Modell so, wohl wegen des Materials. Bei einem Preis von 250€ erwarte ich so etwas nicht und auf den Produktbildern sah es ganz anders aus. Ich hätte sie auf eigene Kosten nach Spanien senden, oder einen kleinen Discount bekommen können. Nachdem ich nicht auch noch 20€ Verlust machen wollte, habe ich mich für letzteres entschieden.

Zu guter Letzt bin ich etwas entsetzt von der Qualität. Mein Lieblingspaar begann schon nach wenigen Monaten auseinander zu fallen, mittlerweile nach 1 1/2 Jahren ist eine Sohle komplett auseinander gebrochen. Ein Mal quer rüber. Auf meine Anfrage an den Kundenservice, ob denn irgendwelche der Ersatzsohlen für dieses Modell passen würden, kam nie eine Antwort. Also kann ich damit höchstens zum Schuhmacher und hoffen, dass sich das irgendwie kitten lässt, oder sie eben wegwerfen. 1 1/2 Jahre sind nun wirklich keine lange Zeit, das schaffen sogar Schuhe für 20€ und ich habe das Paar nicht mal täglich getragen oder so, echt traurig. Den Preis nicht wert.

Hi, I enjoyed shopping with them, there was no problem for many years. but when I received the wrong shipment, I received three bottles of wine instead of shoes, I found out how difficult it is to communicate with them... I understand that they probably have a lot to do before Christmas. Well, it was enough to write to me the next day to be patient, that they are solving it and it would be OK
I don't like it at all when they only start communicating when paypal contacts them!!
the truth is that the mistake happened with the DHL carrier, but that does not justify the communication! Next time, it is better to go shopping at a competitor, where there will be a more willing approach.

By the way, it is still being solved, I have neither shoes nor money. Life is strange sometimes :)

I’m mostly happy with my boots, but for the $250 I paid I expected much better quality. After reading the reviews, it’s not worth attempting to contact customer service over some flaws in my boots but I certainly would think that they’d look like $250 boots. There’s some issues with the hardware and some small chunks missing from the sole around the hardware. There’s also some scuffing and there was a scuff on the toe. It is what it is, but I’m not sure that I’d order from New Rock again. I don’t know that it’s entirely worth not ordering from New Rock, but I expected boots in perfect condition and this was sadly not the case.

I cant attest to the quality, as this is my first pair but they seem decent. I’m sure the quality has gone down, this seems to be the case with many brands. I will say that the vegan Dr Martens I purchased for the same price are better quality and came with zero flaws if you’re debating between the two.

Overall, these boots are beautiful but I don’t know how they’ll hold up over time, and for the price it’s disappointing that there are marks and scuffs on new boots.

I bought beautiful looking boots, trusting they would be good as it was described as that also were very expensive. They hurt my feet, very uncomfortable and very slippery. The boots that I cannot wear in the winter.

Ignoring all my emails. Kept sending me emails that I didn't pay for the boots (I did) so I had to go to my bank to ask what to do. The day after I went to the bank, New Rock emailed me that payment is confirmed. After that, they shipped the boots and it was written that I'll get them on January 11th. Guess what? I didn't get them. Plus they didn't provide any shipping information. I'll go to the bank again because I feel scammed and disappointed. 198 Euros FOR NOTHING. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!! THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE.

Shoes never came!!! I had to contact the shipping company after new rock kept reassuring me everything was fine. Only to find out the shoes were lost in transit on the 15th of November almost 2 months ago. They've since ignored all my emails and I've tried every way of contacting them

Waaaaaay back in 2003, I bought my first pair of New Rocks. Here, 20 years later, they are still alive and kicking. I've stomped at goth clubs with them, walked around town in them, and they have survived many trips to the Black Rock Desert without any problems (aside from needing deep cleaning/polishing). The leather is still un-cracked, the soles barely have any wear (solid rubber!), and all of the metal accoutrements are still shiny, and attached solidly. I'm pretty sure that in the event of a nuclear apocalypse, these boots would survive intact, along with the cockroaches and Keith Richards.

Last month, I decided to add another pair of New Rocks to my footwear collection. I've always wanted to own a cool pair of knee-high boots, and I finally had the funds free to make it happen. So I bought a new pair of New Rocks... and in anticipation, I started looking up reviews. While I kept reading about how the quality had diminished, and how the boots were now made in China rather than Spain, I remained hopeful.

Yesterday, I received the new boots... and immediately boxed them back up for return. The leather was thin and cheap (looks like fake leather, or bonded); instead of the indestructible rubber that the soles on my old New Rocks are made from, the soles on these ones were some kind of plastic composite that feels squishy, and looks like it will fall apart if you look at it wrong; the metal bits seemed like they were made from cheap aluminum instead of steel, and were not attached well at all; and the side zipper looked like something that belonged on a cheap hoodie rather than a pair of boots. All of the paperwork and stamping on the soles says "Made in Spain", but I REALLY doubt that these came from anywhere other than a factory in Asia. If these boots were $100, I wouldn't bat an eye, but they were $350- I expect a certain level of quality at that price point, and these just didn't deliver.

You want New Rocks? See if you can find a vintage pair, because the new ones are crap.

oh my. so, I ordered a pair of new rocks from their website, they were half a month late to ship them and the quality.. oh my. like they look cool on first glance, but the platform is glued on crooked and the material its made from is now squishy and prone to cracking. if You are buying and expecting their old EXTREMELY STURDY HIGH QUALITY shoes - pass. its not the same thing. these are basically 300€ demonias now.
