New Rock Boots And Shoes 

Terrible customer service.
My boot arrived damaged. I’ve sent them a few emails, messages on Facebook and Instagram and have gotten no replies.
The boots cost over 225 € , I expect them to come in perfect condition.

Au top du top ! J'ai acheté ma paire, le jour même elle a été expédiée, et au bout de cinq jours elles ont atterri chez moi (livreur ups avec suivi) ! Elles sont à la bonne taille et n'ont aucun soucis défectueux. J'ai utilisé le site New Rock englais.

I got my boots (from spain) and i thought everything is fine but then i saw the one boot had rivets at the sole and the other has screws!
So messaged them and got a answer really Quick all friendly and that i can get them fixed if i send them back
I asked if i could fix them at a cobbler but will message them again if my cobbler does not do things like this
They were all fine with it
So i asked my cobbler and well he can't do such things so i messaged new rock again that i want to send them back now so i get them fixed
No answer so i messaged them again and again and still no answer!!!
My boots look so bad that i wont wear them because of that and New Rock acts like they didn't Cost 175€ ! I will NEVER buy shoes from this Website again!
I didn't even got a penny back just nothing.

I have paid just under £150 for a new pair of new rocks.
I haven't even tried them on they are still in the box and the paint has rubbed off in MULTIPLE places. There are marks on the sides and the heels. And I have sent the pictures to New Rock and they have told me that from the pictures there is nothing wrong with them 😂 well the seller I bought them from on their behalf on eBay seemed to think there was something wrong with them by the pictures enough to try and get some sort of refund on my behalf but New Rock aren't interested in helping their customers with a faulty product :) They told the seller that they have changed the way they spray the shoes and they leave them with more of a 'rough' look. Well firstly they don't match the pictures of the boots I bought so if they HAVE changed the way they do it then they haven't changed their pictures, which is false advertising because I wouldn't have bought them if I knew they had looked like that.
But then the funny part is I've been talking to them myself on Facebook and they haven't mentioned ANYTHING about changed the way they make them... They are just saying there is nothing wrong with them???
Hmm so they are lying to someone.
Well I'm going to post this on all reviews I can because New Rock have gone SO down hill since the old ones I bought years ago. The quality has gone down hill and DEFINITELY the customer service.
So if I don't get a resolution then I will be going to trading standards because these were supposed to last me another 10+ years again and yet they already look used!! And they are marked. So if this is what they look like brand new I don't want to see how they will be after a few months, a year??
Disgusting how they are treating their customers who give them ALOT of money.
Won't be buying another pair of these again after this, it's not worth the hassle or the money spent.

Got my first pair of New Rocks last fall in 2019. Been wearing them ever since. Love the quality and craftsmanship. Will be ordering again soon.

These boots are really cool, but:

Durability = -100

These things wore out rapidly, they use very poor quality leather. For boots that cost as much as these do, they should use something better. These boots didnt even last be 2 years before they were unwearable due to tears, from wrinkles, in the leather. Crap leather quality they used.

Poor customer service, too.
I contacted the company, but they only offered me something like $50 off a new pair and only on the site from UK, I live in USA, considering the same boot is more than $50 cheaper from the USA site, it was discount at all. When I explained this to them, they didn't offer me anything consolation. They will respond quickly, but without actual support.

I've had a few pairs of new rock boots over 17 years now, and the zip has broken fairly quickly on all of them. The boots are made of such heavy duty leather that the weak zippers they use simply cabbky stand up to the weight and pressure, especially at the ankle where it constantly bends. My last pair was in 2012, and it was one of the more expensive knee-high pairs, and it will be my last. The zip broke at the ankle within 1 week. I've done DIY repair jobs on all of them, and they end up lasting fine, it's just a hassle.

Ordered a pair of same boots 3 times over 6 months. Every time they refund me due to "issues with condensation". And obviously same pair still shows on the website as available. Waste of time

the shoes are quality but the logos on some of the shoes which is usually on the back heel part of the shoe is surrounded by rubber which dries out and will crack with time.also with boots if you flex them when on your toes if there really bent enough they will tear the rubber will rip apart.i guess there not really meant to bend at the toe for long periods otherwise the shoe itself is really great quality i have 20 pairs of new rock and if taken care of properly can last 20yrs

I wanted to get the heel on my boot replaced, so I emailed repairs and got no response. So I emailed them again......and got no response.
Having emailed them a third time, unbelievably I got a response: could I send photos of both the boot and repair? I did so and guess what? no response. This was over a period of 4/5 weeks.
So I emailed them again and got no response. And again. And again.
Finally I get a response, £65 ( !!! ) for both heels. But I only want one repaired, I replied. After another week or so I get a response: New Rock will only repair both heels, not a single. I guess by now, 6/7 weeks have passed and still no repair.
So wearily, I responded, asking for a Paypal request to pay. And guess what? Yep, you guessed, no response!

I've given up, frankly if they offered to repair my boots for free I'd tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine.
Certainly the most unprofessional company I've dealt with in living memory.
Customer service? They have none! I certainly won't be buying New Rock product again.

Oh and here's the rub: I can get both the heels repaired locally, albeit in black rather than silver, for £30

I purchased 2 pair of boots a size larger then what i required just to be safe since I was ordering from Canada and when they arrived they wouldn't even fit on my feet. I tried to contact the company multiple times (3 emails, 3 phone calls and 2 facebook messages) to resolve the issue and they ignored all my attempts until I finally opened up a paypal dispute 2 weeks later and then all of a sudden I was of interest to them. They agreed to do a refund but told me I was required to pay shipping back to them that was going to cost 97 euros ( $147 CAD) which is half the cost of a pair of boots.

I used to be a fan of new rock but every pair I have ordered from this seller has been a hassle.fit varies,frequently boots have faults or are not as described.seller says new rock will not accept returns even if there are faults.always has an excuse.i have come to the conclusion it may be the seller blaming new rock.If not new rock are no longer have the reputation they once had.I suggest if you buy new rock you buy from a seller that accepts returns and even if you have bought before do not rely on size as even in same collection sizes vary.

Absolutely LOVE my Custom Made Metallic Boots. Everything about them from the look, the feel to the Skulls and Chains fastenings... True Quality will always shine through. Thank you to everyone at New Rock.

I ordered a pair of boots on June 5 this year from New Rock USA. Got an email to say that I would get an email within 40-45 days with a tracking number. After 47 days of hearing nothing I emailed to ask what was going on. After two weeks of still hearing nothing, I was just about to lodge a Paypal claim when I get an email from them asking if I had received them.
Because I was now suspect about what was going on I lodged the claim anyway and within a couple of hours I received an email back threatening me to cancel the claim or my order would be cancelled. It was also revealed in that email that my order hadn't been processed until July 7 (over a month!). How it takes over a month to send an email from website to factory telling them to start the order is beyond my comprehension! I also discovered that by the start of August (two months after they had my money and one month after sending the order to start work) they STILL have not been even started!

After another week of messing around with emails I contacted the UK branch who helpfully informed me that their factory was on holiday and they couldn't ship out an order until October at the earliest.

The final straw was another email threatening "you have until [tomorrow] or I will cancel your order".

Terrible company. Their boots look fantastic but they really really suck. Can't even start an order after having customers money for over two months. Ridiculous!

Seriously, STAY AWAY. Absolutely terrible shopping experience from beginning to end. I ended up losing my money to New Rock boots.
