I had an old issue that I never got around to dealing with at the time. After carrying out some room renovation I finally decided to contact the company. They were happy to accommodate my needs despite the time-lapse. I was very impressed with the Customer Service.

The quality of the bed isvery poor this is the second time I have had a bed from this company with similar results. Don't waste your money.

Bed was good at first and worked fine but after just a few months the screws were falling out and the bed is now broken it’s hard to open and is falling apart. When we complained they sent out new screws but this did not solve the issue I do not recommended this company.

The ottoman bed mattress and headboard are lovely, up to date information regarding delivery, and the delivery men were really nice and placed all items in my bedroom.

Brilliant shop bought 2 singles and a king size absolutely amazing quality and delivery men carried them both upstairs to the rooms we needed.

Bed was as shown not amazing quality but as they say you get what you pay communication was a bit sketchy,phones not answered or call back when messages left,because of this I was starting to doubt if they were a genuine company so much so that I even contacted my bank,anyway bed did arrive,fairly basic instructions but got it together eventually,i would recommend them if you need a cheap bed and mattress,it does the job nicely :)

I bought an ottoman bed base, initially I was pleased.
I've used the bed but rarely lifted it. Both air risers failed. The bed actually slammed down on me, causing injury to my arm,
I do not recommend this bed base, Next Divan were not interested when I reached out for customer service.

Ordered a superking divan with headboard. It came missing half the castors, the clips and the headboard screws. It was also damaged (clearly where someone had pulled the clips off after previous use) and fabric ripped. It’s really cheap and flimsy quality but I expected that for £300. Couldn’t be bothered with packing it back up and returning, contacted them for a partial refund as it was clearly a customer return (and judging from the previous reviews, I’d say they get a lot of returns) and for them to send the missing parts. I sent all images of the damage on my initial contact. They responded that the beds are made on request so it’s not a return (lol), they’d send the parts and that I need to send further images of the whole divan and damage in order for them to take it up with the delivery company (easy way to scapegoat responsibility, it was VERY CLEARLY NOT the fault of the delivery company). Feeling messed about as we’re like 5 emails later and still no resolution. Should’ve read previous reviews before ordering. The fact they’re breaching trust pilot terms says it all. Don’t bother with this company.

UPDATE:
I think it’s clear from their response to my review that they don’t conduct themselves correctly. My review clearly states I was 5 emails in and their response is to contact them? Lol! Anyway, they’ve offered £15 as a partial refund for a ripped and damaged divan *insert thumbs up here. Cost me more in time just going back and forth with them. Again, don’t bother.

If I could give a no star rating, I would. This company is an absolute scam. I wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing. I had placed an order for an Ottoman storage bed worth £900. they sent me two hollow bed bases and headboard that I could get off the local High Street for £50. The delivery was a whole other issue. I had rearranged work on two occasions so I can be available for the delivery however it did not happen on either of the days and ended up being delivered on a day that I had to be at work and was not available. Once I realised the items are incorrect contacted the delivery company Who stated These are the items they received from the retail company and that there was nothing they could do to rectify. I contacted next Divan Who actually do not answer The phone. I emailed several times with no response. Eventually they responded with what is the issue and to send them pictures for proof which I did and again they weren’t cold and did not respond until I sent a few more emails. They then blamed the delivery company for sending me the incorrect items. This went on for almost 2 weeks. I finally contacted my bank and opened up a dispute explaining the situation which is when Next Divan finally arranged the collection of the incorrect items so that a refund can be made. Now arranging collection of the items took another week as the courier company and next divan kept changing cancelling and rebooking the collection. They even sent a collection team whose van was too small to take the items. Finally, collection was complete for my refund was delayed as the items did not get to the warehouse in time after some more chasing finally received a refund. During this whole experience next divan did not take any accountability for the mistake that they made all the the trouble they put me through for two weeks. Nor did they answer the phone on any single occasion. Never ever again

Bed arrived on time. Delivery men helpful and respectful. Great price! Very happy customer indeed.
