Avoid! Ended up having to get a full refund as they didn't deliver on the day we agreed. Despite me explaining my child had no bed to sleep on because we removed it on the day the delivery was due. Offered to deliver at 1am the next morning!! Then said they'd deliver the next day but failed to do so. Customer service is very hard to get hold of, they don't respond quickly if at all. Not what you expect from a business. Had to reorder a bed from a reputable company. Will never use this company again. Avoid at all costs.

They are honest and truthful. They are very punctual too.

Super fast delivery. Excellent quality for the price. No instructions but were very helpful and quick to send assembly videos when asked. Would definitely order again from them.

Your customer service is shocking. The 2 telephone numbers on your site do not exist. I left over 56 messages that where left un read on what’s app. My order was due Saturday 3rd Oct. I explained I worked in London and would not be able to be there to receive it. You promised me twice that I would receive it the next day and then made some lame excuse. You then apologised and said my order would come on Thursday, apologised again for the delay and said I would receive £30 compensation. 2 hours later a guy rang me and said he was an hour away. Luckily my wife was at home when the delivery guy turned up on his own and struggled to lift the heavy wardrobe flat pack on his own. The furniture was mediocre and nothing special either. I suppose you learn from you mistakes and will not be buying anything else from your company.

Their response was swift and the delivery was also on time as promised. Finally my order was exactly as I saw it online.

Wonderful communication and experience

Disappointing Quality – Definitely Not Worth £400!

I purchased this sofa in April, and although it looked lovely initially, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. By June, just two months after purchasing it, the cushions had already started to flatten and lose their shape. The seats constantly sink down when sitting on them, and the problem has only continued to get worse over time.

At this point, I’m already considering replacing the sofa, which is ridiculous considering it cost £400 and has only been used for a few months. I would expect a sofa at this price to last considerably longer without deteriorating so quickly.

On a positive note, the delivery drivers were lovely, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the quality of the sofa itself is very poor, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for something comfortable and durable.

£400 for just a few months of decent use is absolutely not worth it!

I ordered the bed at 12 o'clock in the day and at 9 pm it was at my house. Everything packed and secured. Great service, from order to delivery. Highly recommended. The mattress is great as for the money very satisfying standard. Thank you very much.

I got delivery within 24 hours and the delivery persons are very polite. They delivered the furniture on 1st floor without making any charges.

Delivery was abit late (22:11) but all in all glad it was delivered on the same date still, delivery man was very helpful helped my partner get it up the stairs and was very easy to assemble.
