I took a loan for $500
I took a loan for $500. Made my first payment $181.85 and 7 pyament of ($149.64) after that and called to pay the reamaining balance. They told me owe them $636.16. This is clearly a scam. How do you owe more than what your borrowed?? Especially after 8 payments. I do not recommend this lending company to anyone.

I haven’t received an e-mail in months regarding my status. I called to find out my balance and was asked a qualifying question after being asked my b.d. Ss# and phone number. Then put on hold waiting for a supervisor for more than 5mins while on my break. Unacceptable!!!!

This Company is ripping off people
This Company is ripping off people. I've been paying $86.00 every week for 3 months on a $500 loan and they said I still owe $680 something dollars WTH Ha! We need to do a class action. contacting my attorney.

They lied to me
They lied to me . I took out a 500 dollar loan on October 6 2022 and they took 178.55 out of my bank account twice a month since then . It is now December . I’ve paid a total of 1073.00. I was told this was a pay day loan . They ripped me off and are stealing money out of my account every time I get paid . I have no choice but to pursue legal action.

I have no records of any loan. And logging in online doesn’t yield a balance due or payment plan. I just happened across an email asking to rate my experience as a customer yet I have no recollection of being a customer.

$600 loan was nice at the time but when…
$600 loan was nice at the time but when you paid $1,278.00 and nothing is going to the principal it's a rip off, I don't recommend this to anyone.

I think some of these reviews are unfair.
There are scammers out there pretending to be this company. This is a legit company. Please verify a lender before giving personal information.
1. Next loan is very honest that this an expensive way of borrowing which is outlined on their website. They encourage people to pay off early. These loans are meant for short term. If you borrow from them I recommend paying off the loan in 2-3 payments which they do allow you to break down how many payments you want to make which does lower the APR.
2. If you need a loan that’s longer term then this company isn’t for you as it’s too expensive to borrow for long terms.
3. You have to call them and let them know at least 3 days in advance if you plan to pay off your loan earlier than expected. It even says in the email they send you that you must call at least 3 days before the loan is due. They will send you an email to confirm the date you are paying off your loan early which you can use for documentation
I’ve been a customer since September and have borrowed 2x. Usually I pay off my loan in 2 payments. Each time I’ve borrowed, the amount I can borrow goes up. However, sometimes depending on the rep they may check with your bank to figure out your account balance and how much your recent paycheck is. So if the amount they allow you to borrow doesn’t go up it could be your account balance or how much you have been paid.
I plan to use them one more time around Christmas. I have bad credit so it’s nice to have a company willing to work with me.
