Reevaluate Your System
Christmas is coming up and I figured after paying the full amount that I would be able to get a little more then another $250, but from what I understand you go by a computer system which I think is very stupid. Using a computer system to determine what someone should borrow if they are willing to pay back the full amount is just not fair to the customer. You need to reevaluate that system some more to better serve your customers

It took way too long for me to apply…
It took way too long for me to apply for this loan and I am a returning customer . I was on the phone for 45 minutes just to apply when I feel as though my info should have still been on file being as though I just had a loan in august with you all and paid it off . They asked all kind of weird questions to the representative at my bank to confirm my most recent deposits .
I successfully confirmed my acct with the link they sent me and they still had to call and speak with someone from my bank . What’s the purpose of the link to confirm if you’re still going to keep me on the phone to do a 2nd confirmation . It’s a waist of time .

I can’t log in to make a payment
I can’t log in to make a one time payment or adjust my account to pay down. My intention was to pay it off by now and I can’t if I can’t log in.

I think they went out of business
I have always had excellent service with Nextloan never had any issues with funding or repayment.

Are you guys out of business now?
It was so easy to reapply by phone but I can’t seem to reach anyone.

I was told by one of the…
I was told by one of the representatives if I took out a $225 loan and paid it back that I will be eligible for $5,000 loan come to find out this was a lie to catch was it was up to $5,000 but the representative flat out told me I would be eligible for $5,000 loan
