They ruined my Girlfriend's Bday present. I emailed them couple of times to fix it. Once many days later, person named Angie replied to me and said they can refund me because it won't arrive on time. Then they stopped replying for days again. I then noticed many reviews like mine, that it's a fraudulent company.
Absolutely terrible quality of the product, and worst customer service I've encountered.

The image looks like someone did it in MS Paint in 3 minutes. Size of the faces is wrong. My face is too big while my Partner's too small. They cut the shapes very poorly and shabby, hair and everything look terrible. They didn't try to pick up any shades for the skin to match template. It's too late to order another gift and they're not replying to emails. Absolutely outrageous experience.

Excellent service, printed lounge pyjama shorts arrived before expected due date within a week. Great quality, our friend will love them, they’re hilarious.

The product is just perfect, it's fluffy and soft, great to the touch. The quality of the print is also very high, pictures are detailed. I'm completely satisfied. It took longer for the order to be finished (about 5 days), but it was worth it)

I ordered 2 custom Hawaiian shirts to attend a wedding event and did so pretty late. The team dispatched just after 48hrs from order as promised and they arrived in time. Quality was far far better than expected and they were loved by all! Definitely recommend.

Delivery was quick, and the quality of the product (golf driver head cover) was good, though not exceptional. Good value for money for the personalised gift for a golfing pal's novelty birthday gift.

I got a quick response when I emailed a question, the pants arrived quicker than I thought and they are nice quality.

The proportions are all wrong and looks nothing like what the website shows. I raised it with customer service and they are apparently redoing it, but have not had further updates in almost a week. Poor quality and poor customer service. Still waiting for a quality replacement or refund.
