Fantastic! Product was perfect, couldn’t have been better.

People leaving negative reviews about the length of time it takes to receive their product need to sit down and say thanks instead for such quality that gets sent to them. Expected a cheap material but the tie ordered for my best friend's stag do is perfect with his missus all over it!

Order placed with delivery promised within 7 working days. 7 working days later, item not yet dispatched. 12 working days later, item still had not arrived. Requested refund as the item was useless now as it was a novelty gift for a long stag do weekend that we had already been on, enjoyed, come home, waited another three days and still no item. Refund promised. Checked bank a few days later. Item refunded but minus the cost of the postage. Are you joking? Avoid.

The item is amazing, looks exactly like I want it to look, sizing accurate and easy to create the item with pre view available. Only down side was that the sending time took very long, ordered the item on Wednesday and didn’t get it until Thursday the following week. Overall I’m very satisfied

Said arrival within 7 working days took 10 and no response from seller when I emailed to try and cancel and missed the date I need them for

My order did not arrive on time or within the 10 working days.
When I contacted them they told me it would be with me no later than the 10th working day and they mentioned the date.
However that date came and went.
When I contacted them again they told me it had been dispatched however I have still yet to get a dispatch email with the tracking information.
Very poor customer support.

Shipping and delivery times not as advertised. Ordered a couple of items for a hen do, eventually realised they weren’t going to arrive in time because the machine they use was supposedly broken. Am only giving 2 stars because the company did eventually refund me (though I would have preferred to have received the items!)

READ REVIEWS BEFORE THINKING ABOUT ORDERING..

Do not make the mistake I made of not reading reviews, I ordered some personalised swimming trunks for a stag do (ordered them weeks before I needed them). I received the wrong swimming trunks and to make things more laughable, along with the swimming trunks came a printed piece of paper with my order on and a picture on that invoice of the the ones I ordered. Then found out NiftyGifty do not have a contact number, so emailed them along with a picture of what I had received, waited days for a reply which then asked for me to send a picture (which I had already done), so I resent it and explained I'd be happy for them to send out the correct order so long as I get it by a date which was 12 days away.. waited another few days for a reply saying they would speak to their production team and get this done - it didn't get done. I requested a full refund, to then wait some more days and be told they would request a refund and I should have it 3-5 working days - I didn't receive the refund as promised so I emailed again. Eventually received the refund, a further 5 days later.

Extremely poor service. They don't even sign their emails, so you're unable to pin the blame on anyone. I would not recommend using this company.

The gift arrived well after advertised time and too late for Fathers Day. When it did arrive I was very pleased with the photo aspect but I ordered short pyjamas and got long trousers with the top.

I ordered a personalised apron and the print on the product was perfect. I would say the apron was a little thinner than I was expecting and the material feels a little cheap. The product was delivered in 7 working days which is the stated delivery timeframe so all good there. I've given 4 stars due to the quality of the fabric but I would still recommend.

Great quality cushion with superimposed photo. Highly recommended , not cheep but worth it.
