Product came as advertised but seeing it live it is very expensive for what it is. Don’t pay the price and expect to be wowed.

Package delivered at a reasonable time, however customer service was poor in replying when asked about my order before arriving.
I ordered some male swimming trunks, size XL with custom design on. When they arrived I instantly knew they were massive, no where near a size 36 waist which I am normally. They seemed to be designed more like a female bottom half swimming costume, definitely not male trunks but unsure if that was due to wrong size or design fault.
When I let the company know about this, I used Facebook messenger and they were a lot quicker at replying this time. When I explained the problem they offered to sort the issue but wanted me to take measurements of product which I really couldn’t be bothered to do and didn’t think I needed to do that to receive a replacement or refund.
Gave them feedback about having a size guide when placing an order for such products.
The actual design custom print were perfect, however let down massively by the ridiculous size I was sent and the poor customer service. I won’t be using this company again, waste of £25 unfortunately

I ordered the lounge set, and was randomly emailed that my order was cancelled with no explanation. I'm still waiting on an answer why.

Told items would be delivered within 5-7 working days and tracked delivery (also no visibility on tracker)
Items still not delivered and no response from company to any of my emails asking re when they are expected to be delivered (and no number for customer service)
Looked like fun products online but unlikely to arrive in the time they said would take so a real shame not to have them for my event

The item was smaller than expected, never arrived on time after 10 days delivery. It arrived to another country from where it was made so I had to pay further chargers (14€)to be able to collect it, and because it was late I couldn't use it for the party I organized so I have got an expensive small item for nothing. After asking a few times I only got refund for the delivery not for the extra charges to collect it even though in their website it doesn't give you any information about this, be aware if you get sent this to another country you will have to pay extra.

Incredible Service, Great product, 10/10!!

Woeful. Ordered 2 weeks in advance for a product guaranteed to be shipped in 48 hours. 5 chasers later, a response from customer service saying “they will issue immediate dispatch” only for them to cancel the order 3 days later.

Avoid at all costs.

Lucky id anticipated this happening, so ordered a Plan B from the Print Cartel Company on Etsy. Delivered within 24 hours at a fraction of the cost.

Made the best hen-do gift! I wasn’t expecting much in terms of quality but was very pleasantly surprised.

Shirt I ordered was absolutely fine, however I ordered a size L and received an XL.

I was delighted with the paper. I thought I had picked 2 pieces up but it was 1 sheet. The quality and delivery time was brilliant. I bought with my grandson’s picture on and they took just his face from the pic and put it on the paper. My grandson couldn’t get over it. Definitely get some. If you think that you don’t want to spend that much on wrap, you have to see it as an extra present and the paper really is worth it.

The order came when it said it would and looks fantastic. It was a gift for some friends and the apron looked great just as expected.
