I wish I had checked on Trustpilot before ordering dress I saw online. Delivery took a month rather than the c. 5 days and when received looked nothing like what I saw online. Quality not good and looks very cheaply made. Had purchased for an event. So disappointed.

Die Schuhgröße war mind. 2 Nummern kleiner als die Europäischen Größen. Bei Retournierung sind die Kosten von dem Kunden zu bezahlen.
Verarbeitung auch sehr billig.
Nie mehr kaufe ich dort. Achtung an alle: Lasst die Finger davon. Ist es nicht wert.

Since I ordered the dress I have received no more messages or dress. I’m very concerned about this company. I would like to give it 0 stars but it’s not possible. Please do not order anything from this company because it is not reputable . I wish Pinterest did not allow these companies to advertise on their website. Shame on you!

Shame it cant be zero stars. It took a month to arrive. The dress was defective ( ripped on the seams) when it arrived and I have requested a refund but heard nothing whatsoever since I declined a replacement. Multiple emails sent, standard- sorry to disappoint replies but no actual human contacting us but now even those have just stopped. Honestly don't waste your money. You might as well throw it down the drain.

Eine reine Neppfirma, Leinen entpuppt sich als 100% Polyester, billigste Wahre. Die bestellten Kleider werden einfach umetikettiert und aus billigster Chinawahre wird Made in Deutschland.

Bestellt und bezahlt: Hochwertige Leder-Herrenjacke und Sonnenbrille.
Das Leder der Jacke ist kein Leder, sondern PU-Material. Dieser Umstand steht nicht im Angebot. Die Sonnenbrille am 1. März bestellt und bis heute (25.5.) noch nicht erhalten!

Am 10. April habe ich bei dieser Firma eine Bluse bestellt. Bis heute wurde nichts geliefert. Nach mehreren Anfragen wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet.
Lasst bloß die Finger von all diesen unseriösen Firmen die auf Pinterest inserieren! NIE WIEDER NINA-NICOLE

Received a pair of shoes paid a total of £39 waited over a month for delivery.
They were of very poor quality supposed to be size 6.7 more like an 8 too wide too long poor quality.Then you have to send them back to China at a further cost of £15 .
This company is a total scam making you believe by using London in title it’s a UK company about time our government sorted this scam artists out.
Take my advice never never ever use this company

One star is far too generous for Nina-Nicole London. The items have been sourced from China, and delivery took two months. Unfortunately, the long wait was not worth it, the sizing is completely inaccurate, and the quality is extremely poor!
To make matters worse, their customer service is equally disappointing. I have sent multiple emails (over ten) requesting assistance with a return, all of which have gone unanswered. As a result, I am left with items that are unwearable and no way to resolve the issue.
This has been, without question, one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Terrible quality and they make you pay to return the crappy products to china, hopefully this business will be shut down asap

Nothing arrived after 2 weeks and no reply to 3 emails .
It’s a scam !!

Order placed in March still not received. Says my parcel is still waiting to be picked up by the carrier. Customer service email address is invalid.

Jacke für den Geburtstag meiner Tochter bestellt. Wartezeit bis zum Eintreffen des Pakets rund zwei Monate und damit lange nach dem Geburtstag. Nina-Nicole ist keine junge Dame aus Bayern sondern ein Vertrieb aus China. Und übrigens: die Jacke ist ramschige Plastikware die nach nix aussieht.

Order a jumper, never received it, I've try to contact them a few times, not received anything from them.

Die Ware ist sehr niedriger Qualität. Rücksendung nach China. Passt Leute auf.

I would give this zero if I could. SCAM!!! I bought some floral high waisted jeans… I received some polyester flimsy trousers with naff stitching. Sooooo bad.
