Order placed on 6 March
Order placed on 6 March, it arrives on 31 March. The time to fulfil my order is too long. I ordered a titleist GT1 3 wood, and the shaft it comes with without extra cost is useless (which is different than stock shaft) I wonder would the stock shaft is better. In the end I have to pay extra to buy a new shaft for it.

I’m sorry the turnaround felt too long. We’re currently working within a 3–4 week lead time, with all clubs assembled in-house to order. It allows us to control the build quality right down to the smallest detail, but it can take a little longer than expected.
On the shaft, we offer a different no-upcharge option to Titleist’s standard stock, which won’t always suit every player. That’s where the wider range of custom options comes in, but I appreciate that may not have been clear at the point of ordering.
If you’d like to revisit the setup or talk through alternatives, our PGA-trained team is always here to help.

Excellent comprehensive fitting
Excellent, comprehensive, fitting with a variety of options in terms of heads, shafts, grips, loft & lie. Mark is extremely knowledgeable in interpreting the various data gathered during the fit and also in understanding personal preferences as to “feel” to help his clients arrive at the optimal choice. The build quality of the various components into the completed clubs is also superb down to the smallest detail. 10/10.

Results beyond my expectations
I was skeptical about the process of club fitting but decided to try it out. Mark was brilliant. He carefully went through my clubs and was meticulous in working out what would work for my swing. The result has been beyond my expectations and my scores have started to drop already. I’d definitely recommend Mark and Ninebynine if you want to improve your game.

Excellent ONE-ON-ONE service
The "Golf Range" facility is first class. Additionally, the shot-by-shot statistical feedback is fantastic, although it may be somewhat overwhelming initially.
I appreciated the one-on-one attention and the skilful way the PRO fitted the club to my specific needs. He managed to accommodate my height (or lack thereof!), restricted back swing and tendency to slice into a magic set of clubs.
Now I'm trying to emulate this all on the Golf Course, which I imagine will be a "work in progress" forever.....

Exceptional service from start to finish!
Incredible service from start to finish by all the team at Nine By Nine Golf. There was constant communication throughout the build with Jordan giving great advice throughout especially when it came to the swing weight of the clubs! This just shows how much they really care about the process and giving the customer the best possible experience and build.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get your clubs custom fit. You’re in very safe hands! Many thanks.

I met Mark and the team as I looked to better understand my existing golf bag and clubs. I had a 3 hour assessment where I spent about a 3rd of my time hitting my own clubs, recording and analysing data, before going on to hit a wide variation of club heads and shafts. The end result was of course a recommendation on what changes I could make, in the form of a new set, but in addition to this I went away with a full understanding of where my golf was performing well and where I could better support my golf level with different clubs. The learning was incredible. After some reflection and getting out on the course with my existing set I went back and ordered about half of what was recommended and I'm already seeing great progress (albeit not always in my scores....but that's golf!). I'm controlling the ball more, getting better flight, height and spin at key moments. Even if you don't end up buying what they recommend the learning you get on the way through was really great. Can definitely recommend.
