Hi Rick,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It’s much appreciated.
Glad everything arrived as expected and built exactly to your spec. Good to hear the turnaround worked well for you, too.
Hope it’s performing well out on the course.
Order placed on 6 March
Order placed on 6 March, it arrives on 31 March. The time to fulfil my order is too long. I ordered a titleist GT1 3 wood, and the shaft it comes with without extra cost is useless (which is different than stock shaft) I wonder would the stock shaft is better. In the end I have to pay extra to buy a new shaft for it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We do appreciate the feedback.
I’m sorry the turnaround felt too long. We’re currently working within a 3–4 week lead time, with all clubs assembled in-house to order. It allows us to control the build quality right down to the smallest detail, but it can take a little longer than expected.
On the shaft, we offer a different no-upcharge option to Titleist’s standard stock, which won’t always suit every player. That’s where the wider range of custom options comes in, but I appreciate that may not have been clear at the point of ordering.
If you’d like to revisit the setup or talk through alternatives, our PGA-trained team is always here to help.

My first ever fitting
My first ever fitting which was carried out in a relaxed atmosphere. No sales pressure just honest help to try and improve my game. The clubs we ready when they said and could not have been any better. Just a great experience from the start - not finish as I will be going back at some point. Thank you Nine by Nine

Re-shafted my 7 iron after it snapped at the hosel.
Plenty of advice and answered every query I had regarding the shaft/grip retired for my set up.

Hi Danny,
Thank you for the recommendation. We really appreciate you saying that.
Glad we could help get the 7 iron back in play. It’s always a bit frustrating when something like that happens, so good to hear the process felt clear and all your questions were answered along the way.
Hope it’s performing well again now.

Thank you for the kind words. It’s great to hear everything landed as it should.
We try to keep the process as clear and straightforward as possible from order through to build, so I’m glad that came through. And good to know the turnaround met expectations as well.
Hope the wedge is settling in nicely.
Excellent comprehensive fitting
Excellent, comprehensive, fitting with a variety of options in terms of heads, shafts, grips, loft & lie. Mark is extremely knowledgeable in interpreting the various data gathered during the fit and also in understanding personal preferences as to “feel” to help his clients arrive at the optimal choice. The build quality of the various components into the completed clubs is also superb down to the smallest detail. 10/10.

Hi Alan,
Thank you for taking the time to share this; it’s genuinely appreciated.
I’ll be sure to pass your comments on to Mark. He puts a lot of care into both the fitting process and understanding how everything should feel, not just what the numbers say, so it’s great to hear that came through.
The same goes for the build side as well. A lot of attention goes into the finer details, so it’s good to know that it hasn’t gone unnoticed.
Really glad you had a positive experience with us, and hope you’re enjoying the clubs out on the course.

Results beyond my expectations
I was skeptical about the process of club fitting but decided to try it out. Mark was brilliant. He carefully went through my clubs and was meticulous in working out what would work for my swing. The result has been beyond my expectations and my scores have started to drop already. I’d definitely recommend Mark and Ninebynine if you want to improve your game.

Excellent ONE-ON-ONE service
The "Golf Range" facility is first class. Additionally, the shot-by-shot statistical feedback is fantastic, although it may be somewhat overwhelming initially.
I appreciated the one-on-one attention and the skilful way the PRO fitted the club to my specific needs. He managed to accommodate my height (or lack thereof!), restricted back swing and tendency to slice into a magic set of clubs.
Now I'm trying to emulate this all on the Golf Course, which I imagine will be a "work in progress" forever.....
Excellent service.

Hi Ian,
Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We're delighted the shot-by-shot data added something to the session (it can be a lot to take in at first, you're quite right), and that the fitting worked around your height, backswing and shot shape to land on a set you're happy with.
All the best,
The Nine by Nine Golf Team
