Great customer service AND more importantly, EXCELLENT salt! It is packed with pure, premium sea salt and a little goes a very long way. It is 100% natural (which is important) and an excellent quality, delicious salt that has iodine added, which is crucial for good health. Love the product! Should be in ALL stores! Also, after ordering I was kept in the loop and always knew what was going on with my order! I liked this attention and the product was delivered quickly

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I am not sure whether it is a scam, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed and paid for my order 10 days ago, and since then I have received no meaningful updates about the status of my shipment.

I tried contacting customer service multiple times by phone, but I received no response. I did get replies to my follow-up emails, but unfortunately, they did not provide any real solution or clear information. The responses felt like empty promises that they were “doing their best” while no actual action was taken to resolve the issue.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this company if possible. Be very cautious before placing an order, as my experience has been frustrating and has left me seriously questioning their business practices.

i ordered Muslctech mass gainer Extreme 2000 2 weeks ago nd finally i got it today 15 mnts ago was happy to open it guess what the product was already opened with a broken seal with no safety, tried to call the customer service they r putting me on hold till 20 or 25 mnts nd not calling me back i paid 200 dollars only to get this thing which is even not safe to eat.

Although the actual supplements I ordered had sold out, NineLife was so quick, and helpful getting me the same supplement, just from a different name brand. Shipping was fast, and again, the follow up email, and overall customer service was great!

Easy ordering and great pricing. The only downside was the shipping time — it took 15 days to receive my order, even though both the item and I are located in North America.
